Everything was old, outdated and not fully functional. The beds were uncomfortable. The room door was broken and wouldn't latch all the way shut unless you put on the deadbolt. Elevator shook like it was about to break. The only nice thing was how helpful and polite the staff was.

The room was the least expensive in the area, by at least $40. However, the room had bad "pet" smell, I was unable to open a window. When I asked for some sort of air freshener, they had nothing. They did not offer a different room.The carpets were badly stained. There were large spots of something spilled, a spot in the middle of the room that the carpet was "chewed" out, and something green next to the bed. We never tried the pool, (after how the room smelled). If you have pets with you, you might not mind this place, I however don't have pets. I will never go cheap again. It seems that Quality Inn is allowing this property to get run down, just milking it till it can be replaced.

The property was clean. The linens, carpet and upholstery looked new. Our room was quiet and the breakfast had lots of options.

I stay there quite often. Only issue I really had was check in. The person talked so fast. Felt rushed. Didn't really feel welcome. Check out was much better. I was thanked for staying and asked to come again.
