到達樓層時內無電燈，很暗有點可怕，房間內有煙味，需開冷氣把煙味沖淡，出門得帶兩把鑰匙，社區內停車每小時20圓，過夜也照算，床很硬，枕頭也很硬😅，不過浴室乾淨，盥洗用品皆有，有問題line客服會即時回覆，整體還可以。

物超所值的無敵海景房，是暢遊北海岸的好居所！
面對基隆嶼，海天景色遼闊優美。室內空間寬敞，裝潢優雅氣氛佳。備品俱全，還有洗衣機。第一次入住無人旅館，館方指示清楚而貼心，是ㄧ個令人愉快的地方。

網站照片很漂亮，會讓人以為是飯店 但實際上是社區民宅中的日租套房 需要自助入住，但線上客服效率很高 房間視野很棒，但床上有小蟲 設備齊全，但冰箱不能用 整體環境還不錯，對面有便利商店 也可以叫外送 社區停車要收費，一個小時20元

此訂房位於山海關社區大樓內
此訂房位於山海觀社區大樓內，社區內臨時停車收費每小時20元，未滿1小時以1小時計費，必須拿個人證件，換證停車，警衛的態度相當不友善！社區外沒有可以停車的停車格，所以被迫額外付出停車的費用。 訂房網站完全沒有辦法看出來是社區大樓的分租公寓，抵達現場才發現，相當傻眼！ 隔音效果很差、洗澡水忽冷忽熱。 房間算乾淨、舒適，確實離海洋科技博物館很近，但是不會想再來住了。

便宜又舒服的 社區 公寓套房
地點屬於山坡上大廈公寓的 套房， 視野相當好 但對有交通工具的人來說比較方便！ 房東也很親切， 整體來說過了相當舒服的一晚~
