Pool and Gym closed
The room was clean, the shower was powerful, hot and modern. Our king bed was comfortable, the couch and chairs were not - stiff and uncomfortable. Desk chair sloped down. So no good place to sit other than on the bed. Our big disappointment was finding the hotel under construction with pool and gym closed. Had we known in advance, we would have booked elsewhere. We did find a YMCA and paid $25 to use their gym and pool.

Clean and comfy. The hotel location was close to many places to shop and eat. At the hotel the staff was friendly and there was hot coffee available. I think there was a remodel in progress, but you would not know that anything was going on. Breakfast was great!

Another good stay at Holiday Inn
I was staying here while helping my family move to the local area. Hotel is nice but is under construction. Several facilities like the pool were not available. But that didn't really affect me. The hotel was very nice and the service was top notch.

There's no insulation, you can hear everyone. The person sleeping above our room sonares so loud that we couldn't sleep. We also could hear when he went to the bathroom, TV and everything else.

The place needs some work
The hotel seems to be in deteriorating condition. I did see piles of building materials outside in the lot so guessing they may soon start adddressing some of that. The room had very dated old furnishings and peeling wall paper. The staff were good though and I had a decent stay. I overpaid to stay there due to the season.

Poor use of space for bathroom
We got the newly renovated room. Nothing much they can do about it now but I wish the bathroom was bigger, they separated it into two spaces with the sink outside. The shower and toilet side was very small with nowhere to put stuff down or anything to hold onto, not very old person friendly, but that is the way they designed it. The beds were great

There were large openings in the lobby ceiling and exposed plumbing. The front desk attendants were taking cigarette breaks directly at the awning entrance. The cleaning staff constantly asked if we were checking out any time we walked out of our rooms. There were dirty socks and garbage on the floors from previous guests. The bed mattress are old and worn out. The exterior had damaged brick veneer and fencing. The weight room smelled awful and the 1 treadmill was broken. 1 of the 2 lobby bathrooms was out of order. Asked the front desk to call when the pizza deliver arrived, but they instead let them come to our door and knock, waking my toddler up. There were guests running and slamming doors past midnight on Saturday evening.

the property was not new but very clean and the every member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was convenient with very good options and quality.
