This wonderful boutique property offers 4 individual one bedroom suites in the main complex and a separate two bedroom detached property within the grounds, each available to rent either independently or all together for larger groups of 12 persons. The huge private gardens are fully landscaped and enclosed within feature stone walls, served by a private gated entrance, together with ample private on-site parking. The world famous Xi Beach is adjacent to Grand Blue, featuring all the facilities associated with one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Kefalonia, including water sports, tavernas and the renowned mud cliffs, where visitors are able to experience a free full-body mud pack to re- generate the skin and invigorate the body, then immersing themselves directly into the azure blue Ionian Sea. Impeccably finished in a modern style, perfectly complimenting the external spaces which await you, bringing the incredible external areas directly into the suite via large glass patio doors, flooding the interior with light and giving our guests a feeling of space throughout. Externally, the large patio areas will enable you to fully appreciate this truly magical location, allowing you complete relaxation and serenity. A simple, yet delightful touch is the external shower area, refreshing our guests as they return from a hot day on the beach. An area which also continues to be a guest favourite is the breathtakingly stunning timber patio, slightly elevated and sitting directly overlooking the sandy beach and the clear blue Ionian Sea. You can take breakfast here whilst listening to the sea lapping onto your very own sandy cove and then during the evening, it will be just as magical, sitting taking in the picture-perfect sunset, with a gin & tonic and reflecting on the day that was!!

- A 10 minute ride away is the cosmopolitan town of Lixouri, with its veritable array of tavernas, cocktail bars and restaurants and the famous square overlooking the sea, where you can while away the hours with a coffee & cake whilst watching the world go by.
- Xi Beach itself is a 5 minute walk away and is served by numerous tavernas sitting at the back of the beach and accessed directly from the sand, as well as sun loungers/umbrellas and plenty of water sports should you be the more adventurous type.
- A 15 minute ferry ride across the bay from Lixouri will take you to the capital of the island, Argostoli. Again, this is a wonderfully cosmopolitan town with the most delightful bustling harbour front, where the rich and famous often choose to moor their super yachts.
