To access this suite, no need to meet as it is a keyless entry. Or, I can meet you as well. Adjusting check in and check out with 1 day apart. I am a neat freak. I clean on my hands and knees and sanitize everything.

Free fast in suite WIFI and Satellite TV. Netflix also with your login.

Outdoor turf area down the elevator or stairs.

Underground parking comes with your stay. Is gated and safe.

Located on the quieter side facing Knox mountain and downtown.

The Modern style full kitchen and small deck has all you need:

Coffee maker, full stove/oven, microwave, fridge, magic bullet, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. Free WIFI, Cable, Apple TV, high end queen wall bed, couch, eating area, ceiling fan, full bath, towels, and more included.
Ventless stackable washer and dryer. Dryer may get hot. No manual in room. It is brand new, though. Should you need a drying rack or hand held steamer, let me know.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL: FREE UNDERGROUND PARKING for one vehicle and new stackable separate washer and dryer in suite.This non-smoking accommodation sleeps a maximum of 2 people.
***ELECTRIC STATION:
There is an EV charging station as well however I do not know anything about these things and the station may have people parked there who aren’t suppose to park there so take into consideration you may have to charge elsewhere at a charging station. There is no plug in at my parking spot and possibly not in the underground garage.

What we needed
We stayed at this condo for 1 week and it had everything we needed. It's a bachelor unit so no more than 2 people. Small but good shower with great water pressure. Kitchen has full size appliances. Parking spot was a little tight for an SUV but fine. Location is excellent! Better than staying at a hotel.

Quick trip!
Super easy check in process, very clean, tidy and modern. The location was great, the host was very responsive when we reached out. We were a bit thrown off as most of the photos in the posting must be stock photos from when the condo/units were sold and don’t reflect the lay out of the condo… I think the last photo is the only one that might be the condo. Worked good for a weekend getaway, might not be ideal for a long term stay.

This mini suite served as our home base for 2 months while our home was being renovated and served our needs well.The location is excellent with a short 10 minute walk to dowtown services and entertainment/shopping.The owner Jess was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any needs.

The stay at this condo was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more pots/pans. Only issue was the pictures provided of the inside of the condo are not of the actual condo with the exception of 1 photos. Would be ideal if pictures posted were actually of the condo.

Just About Perfect
Great bachelor unit in a clean newer condo close to downtown, the waterfront and with a view of the mountains. On the quiet side of the building, 4 floors up with underground parking. Fully equipped kitchen, soaker tub and a very comfortable Murphy bed. Also a delightful owner who addressed every need very quickly. What more could you ask for? Will stay here again.

This rental is clean, bright and compact. Jessica and Jennifer took very good care of us. The check in and check process was seamless. Great location, close to downtown, shopping and other amenities. We will definitely rent this vrbo again.

Central Location, Super Host
We just completed a 3-month stay here, while our new home was being finished. Our host could not have been better! Super friendly and responsive, quick and effective at helping us out with any questions, and was willing to go to great lengths to make our stay even better. The unit is definitely small, which means two people need to be very organized, especially for a longer stay. But doable. For short stays, this modern studio with all the amenities would work very well for one or two people. Underground parking was a huge plus, as was the close proximity to restaurants, walks along the lake, etc., if you don’t mind a short walk. All in all, a central location, modern studio, and a great host! Thanks for everything!
