Hot tub floor needs cleaning and had too much foam. On first day I asked housekeepers in nearby room if they serviced room daily and was told they come in to empty garbage, replenish towels and coffee supplies only. That did not happen during our 3 night stay. Ice machine on main floor broken for all 3 days.

Huge room for a standard which surprised us. very comfy bed, and slept like a baby after a long flight. Price is very good and we have stayed in many hotels in Kelowna. Staff were waiting for us when we arrived late.

Being on the highway there is lots of traffic noise. Breakfast was sub par and hardly any selection of food. Pool wasnt monitored so when the hockey team showed up, all the small kids were forced out by a bunch of hooligans. 3rd trip back to the front desk is when they managed to get both room leys working. They tend your room every 4 days so we had garbage piled up and ran out of toilet paper during our stay. Provided a hide a bed in the room, but no linens for it.

The listing said the room was pet friendly, I called ahead and spoke to the front desk to see if there were any specifics I needed to request when I booked my room online, just told me to make a note on the reservation. It was only after I booked, was there mention of an up charge for my little dog. Misleeding and cheesy. Not only that, when I arrived, the form they had, the guy at the front desk, crossed out the lower amount and increased the pet fee. Deceptive

Ok location. Newly renovated but my stay was not great. My hands were full entering the hotel and the lobby door is locked. They need to let you in. The counter staffed was busy and my hands were full and I dropped all my dinner. No one's fault but inconvenient as why is it locked to get in? Also kids and adults screaming on 3rd floor so they moved me to 4th floor and the heater control didn't work in my room Thin walls I could hear the unit beside me peeing
