Dining Amenities:
A chef’s dream, the kitchen area is equipped with all appliances and plenty of counter space, making it an absolute pleasure to prepare meals, while the expansive dining table sits waiting to host delightful dinners.

Indoor Entertainment:
This multifunctional theater/game room has been designed as a versatile space where fun and relaxation go hand in hand. At its center, a Foosball table awaits to host exciting matches, providing hours of entertainment. Adjacent to it is a snug area, featuring a large TV and a sumptuous couch where guests can sink into cushions and watch their favorite films or shows. This room serves as the epicenter of entertainment within the house, perfect for both, lively game nights or chilled-out movie evenings.

Outdoor Facilities:
Embracing the house, the outdoor space is truly an oasis. There's a dedicated dining area featuring comfortable seating and a BBQ setup, making it an ideal spot for grilling and enjoying meals under the open sky. Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Our spacious bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a peaceful retreat after a day filled with adventures. The master bedroom houses a luxurious king bed, while the remaining four rooms each feature a plush queen bed. Each bedroom has been decorated with a delicate balance of comfort and elegance, offering a tranquil space where guests can relax, unwind, and enjoy a restful sleep. The rooms are bathed in natural light, enhancing the soothing color palette and creating a cozy ambiance that invites you to kick back and let the rhythm of the countryside lull you to sleep.

Our four bathrooms merge practicality with style. Each one is sizable and fitted with modern fixtures, including well-lit mirrors, sinks, comfortable showers, and bathtubs. The neutral tones create a serene atmosphere, the perfect setting to indulge in a hot, relaxing bath or a refreshing shower. Essential toiletries are provided in each bathroom, adding an extra layer of convenience to your stay.

The abundance of outdoor space and lush greenery is sure to shower peace and relaxation to guests. The alpine woodland and the mountain silhouette create a magical backdrop to this awe-inspiring home.

The property is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, characterized by large, separate plots that offer privacy. The major attraction in proximity is the Myra Canyon, just a 5-minute walk away. This trail is perfect for biking, walking, or simply soaking in the views.

Getting Around:
While public transportation is not readily accessible, guests are recommended to bring their own car for ease of commuting. Ample parking space is available for cars or motor homes. Taxi or Uber services are also available, and there's a bike rental station nearby for the adventurous ones. The nearest airport, train station, and major highway are all conveniently located within a 10-minute drive.


IMPORTANT NOTES

Host Availability and Guest Access:
Your host will be available all day, reachable by phone or text, to assist you with any queries or needs. In addition, a dedicated guest mobile app will be provided, featuring details about the house, amenities, and local recommendations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Guests will have full access to the main house and the spacious yard. Please note that there is a separate cabin on the property, reserved for owner use and not accessible to guests.

Noise Monitoring:
Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.

Exterior Cameras:
For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places, and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.

Insurance:
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact.

Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage caused during your stay. Please complete your validation prior to check-in.
