Won't hesitate to return or recommend.
It was great except the shower pole that holds up the shower curtain fell. I had to shower that night when I got back home. I needed a ground floor so I was upgraded to a two bedroom 3 bed suite. The receptionist was wonderful upon check in and super helpful. My suite was very clean. No bedbugs. (I am an experienced traveller and ALWAYS check when I arrive!) The air still smelled of a mild, unoffending cleaner.

Friendly efficient staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great toiletries. The only improvements would be a firmer mattress, a luggage rack/stand and recycling in the room. Affordable accommodations close to shops & restaurants.

I liked the central location of this old motel. It is close to Orchard Park mall plaza. It is close to a lot of restaurants, to downtown and the hospital, The price is right for what they offer as the bathroom needs some reno. Room was small but clean, They include classic North-American breakfast self-served which is more than enough. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I liked the location, we could salk! Beautiful park and recreational area! The staff was friendly, it was clean and true to the reviews, it was dated! It is a motel - all private entrances from the outside If you want a similar priced room, try their sister hotel, the Dilworth Inn, not far away We were satisfied with our stay! My one complaint on room #218 was the shower was difficult to regulate but that would not keep me from staing there again! For the busy location, i was not bothered by the sound of traffic! In fact, you're surrounded by the sounds of recreation - tennis courts are nearby as is the Apple Bowl Stadium is very nearby and that's a good thing!

It seems that this place is used for low-income housing, Some people seem to live here almost permanently. Standing outside smoking Pot, drinking beer talking loudly and disturbing another guest who wants to sleep.It is a Motel and not a Hotel as advertised. Pool and Hot Tub did not work. Breakfast was lousy, I had to go somewhere else.
