We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It isn’t British 5* standard but the location is wonderful. There could be more varied cuisines for the all inclusive food options, however breakfast was my favourite meal. The pancakes and omelettes are very tasty. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. A huge thank you to Mustafa, Omer and Ana who were exceptional in their service.

Pretty good overall. Had a couple minor issues with my room like dodgy electricity and no hot water but once reported, got fixed relatively quickly. Only major issue was the lack of variety of food. We didn't go for that long and the food was mostly the same and for and all inclusive hotel it should be better than that. Having to rush to get a table to eat at and finding sun loungers was another issue, there wasnt enough and they didnt want to add anymore. The lack of gym was very dissapointing as it said online they would have one but it wasnt ready apparently. Everything else was pretty good tho and the area itself was very nice as well the service and organisation in the hotel.

The staffs were fantastic, despite language difference they accommodated all requests with smiles. Farouk, Furkan and Omer were exceptional. The cleaning staffs were good and very friendly and all cleaning complaints were promptly dealt with. Very good value.

Es gibt viele Verbesserungspunkte, an dem das Hotel dringend Arbeiten muss. Es müssen motivierende und einige Personalen eingestellt werden, damit das alles reibungsloser abläuft. Es kann nicht sein das bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel nichts serviert wird. Das Fitnessbereich hatte gar nicht offen. Alacart war genauso nicht vorhanden. Die Klos sollten dringend renoviert werden.

Öncelikle 50 nin üzerinde otelde konaklamış biri olarak ilk aklıma gelen ömrümde kaldığım en küçük odada kaldım.fotoğraftakilerle arasında dağlar var.havuzu 360 odalı bi otel için çok küçük ve resmen şenzlong kapmak için ezanda kalkman gerekiyor.sahili uzak mesafede ve ordada durum aynı, 8:30 da şenzlong yok arama boşuna.açık bufe hiç yenilenmiyor,ana yemek yerine geçecek tek şey ızgara onunda önünde halk ekmek kuyruğu oluyo.oda temizliğinden kasıt havlu değiştirmek yerleri supurmeye yada copleri almaya gerek gorulmuyor.

Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü ama restoran bölümünde yiyecek çeşitleri yetersizdi bilhassa kırmızı et yok denecek kadar azdı ızgaralarda tavuk çok ağırlıklı çıktı masa ve sandalyeler temizdi ama yetersizdi Bardak ve tabakların temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi Dedeman logosu ve ismine güvenerek gittik fakat henüz daha Dedeman kalitesine tesis ulaştırılmamış umuyorum ilerleyen günlerde Dedeman‘ın kalitesine ulaşılır bir tesis olur sonuç olarak fiyat performansı düşündüğümüzde fena değildi
