This is an older hotel but appears to be in good shape. Personally, I liked the older feel this place had. It was very clean. The staff was great. The shower in my room wasn’t working great, so they moved me to another without hesitation. There is a restaurant and bar attached. The prices are a little high, but the portions were good, and I would expect high prices in a tourist town, especially one in Alaska.

My room was not clean. The bathroom floor and tub were full of hair and the bathroom light did not work. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and when I pulled back the sheets, they had not even been changed!! The pillow shams had what appeared to be snot wiped on the. Wish I could attach photos. The staff demanded that they take copies of both the drivers license and credit card because I had book on Expedia. I went to Walmart n bought sheets, pillow and blanket. Cancelled my credit card and have a new one coming. The restaurant Louie’s is filthy dirty and correct food ordered was not received and they refused to remove it from the bill. Chargeback I initiated
