Brand new 2 bedroom home overlooking Kenmare Bay Estuary

This is a stylish, modern, yet homely 2 bedroom home overlooking Kenmare Bay Estuary. The house has just gone undergone a full renovation and transformation, so every single thing is brand new. Located just 3km from Kenmare town and within an easy stroll of the five-star luxury Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel along with its Stables Restaurant and Bar, this is the perfect place to escape to in privacy on your next break to Kenmare.
The living area is open plan and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room area and a dining area with high furniture and seating for 4 people. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar with two high stools. Wifi is available free of charge to guests and there is an in-house Alexa set up for your entertainment.
Each of the bedrooms has a king-sized double bed and is ensuite with fully tiled wetroom style shower. There is plenty of storage space. The master bedroom also features a flat screen TV.
Woodlodge is accessible only through private electric gates for which you will receive a "zapper" on arrival. The onsite damage deposit of €200 euro is payable to our Caretaker on arrival and will also double as a deposit for the safe return of this "zapper" on departure. Energy charges are included in our pricing so there is no extra onsite charge for this.
All bed linen and towels are provided. The laundry room has both a washing machine and tumble dryer. 
Although not adapted for wheelchair users, Wood Lodge would indeed be accessible to wheelchair users as the entire property is on one level and the bathrooms would be accessible.
The front of Woodlodge overlooks Kenmare Bay Estuary so when the tide is in, it offers wonderful sea views. You may even be lucky enough to spot a couple of swans, a family of ducks or indeed a seal or two! You can enjoy the views and the long bright Kerry evenings from the privacy of the patio with furniture.
This is a very well equipped and designed home in which you will be extremely comfortable and well looked after during your stay.
