Lonesome Pine was constructed by Kennebunkport’s skilled shipbuilders in 1888 for the niece of a Massachusetts textile mill owner.

Undergoing an extensive renovation beginning in 2020 by Spang Builders, the over 6,000 SF Victorian-era home has been carefully restored and fully modernized with high-end finishes and luxury conveniences throughout. While all rooms maintain their original character, the home boasts all new electrical and high-end lighting fixtures, plumbing with Waterworks fixtures, dual-zone heating and A/C, WiFi and IT, ornate Marvin windows and French doors, custom built-ins, and marble countertops and tile throughout.

The house feattures five bedrooms and five and a half baths. The kitchen features a large marble island, marble counter tops, two dishwashers, two kitchen sinks and high end aplliances. There is a web bar area with ice maker, built in beverage refrigerators. Dining room with seating for 10. The living room features a large gas fireplace, smart TV and comfortable designer couch and chairs. Stay. focused on work by using the office area with gas fireplace and desk. The third floor features a play area for childern and a large smart TV and couch.

The outdoor area features and large gas firepit with adirondak chairs and a Lynx Professional Grill.

Great House for Family
Awesome house in terrific location. The finishes in the kitchen and bathroom are high end. The views of the ocean are tremendous. Look forward to returning soon.
