The cleanliness and staff of the hotel was good, but people staying in the hotel was very disappointing. We had people above us that were jumping and running all around at night 9-11pm and had to ask them to be quiet and had to talk to the front desk about it but nothing ever happened except they just stopped at 11pm. When we got there we took the kids to the pool and there were ten or more middle schoolers jumping and playing in the pool (which is fine) but was to much for my kids to swim around so we left because we thought we would just go in the morning before checkout. Then at 8ish in the morning we went down to swim and they had closed it for chemical stuff being put in the pool. So it was closed all morning, so we left. The stay was supposed to be a fun little treat for our kids to swim and hangout but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. We also had a hard time with our tv, it would not pull up a guide for us so we had to go through every channel to find what was on.

Our room was pretty clean. However, the hallway noise was more than it should be. The room should be better soundproofed against that. I loved the noise machine. It was a decent space to stay in. There was a lot of trash in the parking lot. And the 24 hour noise of the TV in the lobby was a little much. If the TV must always be on, maybe put a nature show or golf or an orchestra concert on. Something relaxing instead of the assault of news and game shows. I would stay here again. Breakfast was sufficient, although the options for food restrictions weren't great.

The stay was the worst sleep we got. The room above us was playing basketball or something cause it was so loud from 3am to 8 am. Pounding and running they clearly didn’t care. Worst night

Noisy room.
It was the noisiest room I have ever had. It backed up to a highway. Even though they provided ear plugs and a white noise machine, my wife and I got very little sleep. This room needs to be better insulated or not used for guests.

The hotel is beautiful just like the town it’s in, clean, neat and quiet. Everything in the room is nice and clean, very comfortable beds and slept like a baby. We would stay here again handsdown. This is the best hotel we’ve been through out our entire 10 day trip. We are so happy to end our trip on a good note.
