A very cold pool

I liked everything that had experienced at your hotel chain my room was very beautiful it was quiet the only concern I have was that your indoor pool was very very cold and I actually got the room just because I wanted to swim and I was unable to because it was cold

We only needed a room to sleep at while at an all day tournament. I didn’t expect much but wouldn’t go cheap again. We asked for a non smoking room. The whole hallway reeked of Pot. The place is very outdated. Looks better in pictures but sheets were clean at least. Breakfast was closed early as they complained too many people were taking huge portions to their rooms. I did not witness any of this , but was told by other guests hotel staff was yelling at people who tried to leave with anything from the breakfast area. The main reason I DO NOT recommend is safety issues. While checking to make sure we had all our belongings , we saw they had spliced the wires to the lamp and it was bound in electrical tape. This is a huge violation. This makes me question safety, fire issues at this motel. It’s true, you get what u pay for.

The front desk, people are just so super nice. I stayed 2 nights and they helped freeze ice for me, i am recovering from back surgery. So it was nice the amount of help they gave
