A clean and comfortable place to stay. However, it was really annoying that the wifi was so spotty. We were next to the main desk on the first floor and the wifi constantly dropped. Also, when getting breakfast together I suggest don’t have full on conversations in front of guest rooms because at 5:45 am people are sleeping….. or trying to.

Sadly Kenora is going through a downturn. Many of the restaurants are boarded up along the waterfront. There was a sign on the door warning about a bear being in the area. The hotel grounds has 2 shopping carts behind the building. It’s very sad to see.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. A great feature is a sliding patio door on main floor rooms. We have two dogs and its so convenient to take them out. No walking down halls! Our patio door (room 136) opened to a nice grassy area at back of hotel. The only thing that could improve is shower stall was a bit slippery so i put a towel down for grip. We wojld stay here again!
