Around lots of food options. The staff/front desk were extremely nice and hospitable. The smell of the hallways / front desk was extremely fragrant and perfume, it didn’t bother my husband but it gave me a major headache. My husband thought it was ‘rose water’ that they used in the pool area. This may have been true as we were on the first floor by pool but I noticed it most at front desk. Breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub area was nice. Room overall neat. Nothing spectacular but overall clean.

My child fell ill with Covid and, despite calling the property the moment I found out (obviously I had to cancel our travel plans), the hotel refused to cancel my reservation and instead charged my credit card. I was promised a call from a Manager but have never heard back. I will never book with this property again.

This is a 6.0 hotel at best.
The room was clean and bathroom was clean but this is a very old hotel with old carpet. The bed was actually really comfortable but they only use a sheet and very thin blanket on the bed. I went to the front desk to ask for additional blanket and they didnt have any. The pictures of the property online are misleading. None of the rooms are updated. The breakfast was horrible. They do offer a variety of waffles, breads, yoguart, fruit, eggs and meat but it taste and looked terrible.

updates have clearly been done to this property. It was clean, well kept and the staff was friendly. 90% of the time all I need is place to sleep, and this place provided a nice one.
