Not a great stay
Pool can only be used between 7-9 pm as members have use the rest of the day. No curtains in the room so you have to have the shutters down and can’t open the window, we were there when it was 34 degrees, no air con and pointless fan in the room, couldn’t open window. We were meant to stop for 2 nights but only stayed 1 as the room was so hot it was making us all feel ill. Food in the evening was over priced and not great. Breakfast was very lacking, couple of bread roll lefts and a bit of cheese. Dead spiders and flies everywhere in the breakfast room.

closed front door
problem with hotel entrance closure On arrival was informed front door closes at 10pm and one has to use the back door entrance with room key, What is not said or fully told is their are TWO rear doors one for rooms 31 upwards and for rooms 1to 29 they do not fully explain this and my wife myself and our great grandson aged 8 found ourselves locked out at 8PM ON SUNDAY night, and we could only find 1 rear door WHICH DID NOT GIVE US ACCESS TO OUR ROOM, no worriestheir is a phone number on the receipt NO THIS NUMBER NO LONGER IN USE try number on front door THIS NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE EVEN AFTER !10 MINUTES OF REDIALLING, If it had not been someone hearing my wife shouting for help we probably would have had to spend the night in our car, PLEASE PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN SHOWING WHERE ACCESS IS it is not rocket science.

Hey Guys hey Leute diese Unterkunft ist wirklich nur reine Abzocke.....Frühstück unverschämt, Im Zimmer gibt es keine Klima nur 1 Fenster, aber das steht beim Öffnen genau im Bett,im Bad ist es sehr Warm 4 Personen im 35Grad warmen 18qm großen Zimmer dazu gibt es einen Ventilator (lach) 20cm groß der nicht mal Wind macht . Kein Aufenthaltsraum kein kühler Raum.... Könnte endlos erzählen......

6h Anreise mit Kindern. Wir mussten dann erfahren, dass das Restaurant, geschlossen war. Also suchten wir irgendeine alternative und wollten dann zumindest an der bar noch etwas trinken. Leider wurde uns auch das verwehrt. Es gab auch keinen getränkeautomat im ganzen hotel. Also musste ich nocheinmal zu einer Tankstelle. Der Pool war die meiste Zeit besetzt und durfte nicht benutzt werden. Wir gingen dann nach 20 uhr. Der war aber so voller chlor oder cheme dass es für drei pools gereicht hätte. Bis 1uhr morgens war an schlafen nicht zu denken da immer geschrien herumgerannt und die türen zugeschmissen wurde. Alles in allem günstig aber definitiv für uns keine reise mehr wert

Nog nooit zo'n slechte accomodatie gezien, deur die snachts niet op slot gaat wat wel gezegd is, ontbijt sta je elkaar aan te kijken voor broodjes en komen ze met een mandje met wel 5 broodjes erin, er lag zelfs een sinaasappel met schimmel, ontbijt personeel was alleen maar aan het kletsen en flirten met elkaar, veel achterstallig onderhoud, enige wat goed was dat de kamer schoon was. Kamer erg heet, kortom zou dit hotel niet meer aanbieden om teleurstelling te voorkomen, wij zijn zelfs een dag eerder weggegaan!

Zimmer war schmutzig. Wir waren zu 4. Im Zimmer war es sehr heiss und es gab nur ein kleinen Ventilator. Das allerschlimmste war das Personal. Es kann nicht sein dass wir seit 3 Tagen JEDEN TAG das Hotel anrufen weil wir eine Tasche voll wertvolle Dinge im Zimmer vergessen haben und KEINER GEHT RAN! WIR RUFEN JEDEN TAG JEDE STUNDE! DAS KANN NICHT SEIN! Unverschämt. Ich hoffe NIEMAND WIRD ZU DENEN KOMMEN!
