This cabin, replete with 2 bedrooms and a loft, provides an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Revel in the serenity of the outdoors, complete with outdoor dining and lounging areas. Immerse yourself in the culinary arts with a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for crafting family-style meals. The living area provides ample seating for up to 7 individuals and includes a state-of-the-art smart TV. Accommodating up to 7 individuals, the cabin also boasts a stacked laundry area, WIFI accessibility, and a stunning deck that offers an exceptional venue for barbeques and stargazing.

The upstairs master bedroom offers the utmost comfort with a plush king-sized bed, an ensuite featuring a double sink, an updated shower area with heated floors, and a small balcony. The second floor plays host to a queen-sized bedroom adorned with a picturesque view and a comfortable bed. Meanwhile, the loft area features a king-sized bed, a full bed, a shower bathroom, and a toilet/sink combo. Ideal for families with children, the loft area may be relatively warm during the summer months. However, opening the windows can easily dissipate any excess heat.

Boasting an idyllic location only 4 miles from downtown Ketchum and a mere 2 miles from the Warm Springs ski lift, this tranquil community resting alongside the river offers an array of convenient transportation options, including personal vehicles or the Mountain Rides bus system. We kindly request that guests remain respectful of the neighbors and refrain from hosting outdoor music or gatherings. Moreover, the property falls within the dark reserve area, where all external noise and light sources must be switched off by 10 PM.

Please be aware: In compliance with local fire safety regulations, the outdoor firepit is currently not available for use.

Great Stay!
We stayed here for the Trailing of the Sheep Festival. The location was great. Just a 10 minute drive to town. The place is very peaceful and quiet. The creek running through the back yard was just beautiful. We didn’t get as much time as we wanted sitting out there, but the time we did was just fabulous. We didn’t do any cooking there but they kitchen seemed well stocked. The house was very clean as was the grounds. The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact we couldn’t have a fire. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

We loved the cozy cabin near the river….it had everything we needed and very comfy beds! Dealing with Rachel was so easy and she was always so quick to respond to my questions, We would definitely stay here again!
