This 2-bedroom plus den/3-bath condominium is conveniently located just south of downtown Ketchum on Trail Creek. It has spacious rooms with fine finishes of natural stone, tile, and hardwood floors. At 2,369 square feet, this condominium will accommodate 4-6 guests. Amenities include wireless internet access, ample storage space, central A/C, and elevator access from the heated underground garage with one parking space. This property has a 7-night minimum stay.

The entry is on the first floor which has two master suites with queen beds, 40-inch flat-screen TVs, ensuite baths with dual vanities, and large closets. One of the bathrooms has a separate jetted bathtub. The floors have radiant heat. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also on this level.

On the second level is a spacious great room with Cathedral ceilings, gas gas-burning fireplace, huge windows, and a deck with Baldy Mountain and Trail Creek views. There is also a 50-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player with a Bose sound system. This room is combined with a beautiful dining area that seats six comfortably. From the dining room, there is access to another deck with a BBQ grill. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, a gas range, and alder cabinets. Also on this level is the den that can provide additional sleeping with two twin-size day beds. This level also offers a full bath with a shower. This unit does not have a phone.

Complex Features: Trail Creek Condominiums, with over 420 feet of frontage on tranquil Trail Creek, are located approximately three blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately 3/4 mile from the River Run ski lifts. This complex offers a peaceful escape yet has easy access to entertainment, dining, and outdoor recreation. The complex has an inviting residential lobby with a fireplace, bookcases, artwork, and comfortable seating. You will have controlled access to the main entry and two elevators for convenient access to homes from the parking garage. There is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley Resort.

This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. Quiet, clean, well furnished condo. The building and finish materials/hardware are top of the line. The location is within walking distance to downtown Ketchum restaurants and shopping. Very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great first trip to Ketchum!
Great property and great location, we were able to walk into town for dinner each night and for daily activities. Very nice and spacious property, was more than enough room for our family--2 adults, 2 kids. Listening to the river next to the property at night was a nice bonus. What a beautiful property for our stay in Ketchum! Great location and just a short walk to downtown Ketchum. The property is immaculate and the kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and well stocked with cook ware and utensils for your cooking needs. The property is beautifully decorated and the balcony overlooks a small stream and and there is a small fire gas fire pit for those cool evenings. Would definitely stay at this property again.

A beautiful condo in a stunning location!
We were staying in SV for a family wedding and discovered this beautiful condo. The property itself was gorgeous, well maintained, and very clean, and the view/location was absolutely stunning. We will absolutely stay here again if in SV.

Nicely appointed and convenient property but, unknown to us, air conditioning was being replaced during our stay. With temp between 85 and 90 it was uncomfortable. Also noise from renters in adjoining unit was loud until midnight. Thankfully, we received some credit back

Gorgeous condo
Beautifully decorated condo, 3 min walk to market, dining and shops. Bike path is 5 min ride away. Nice view of the mountain and probably great views in winter when there are no leaves on the trees. There is a smaller hill in the back for a steep climb at sunset. Impeccably clean. A lot of wood stairs that get slippery in socks and when wet. Nice quiet den for reading or smaller kids but far from bedrooms downstairs. Only drawback is it’s right on the highway so you get a lot of noise during the day when the doors are open. Also get a lot of dirt and dust from the cottonwood trees. There was construction in the back that started at 7 am but it’s nearly finished. The only reason I rated it 4 star is the highway. In the winter it would be a 5 star. I do recommend it!

We really wanted to like this place. Overall, the pictures are accurate of the decor, although the space feels much smaller, as usable square footage is much less than overall sqaure footage. The condo was clean - yet smelled very heavily of a commerical cleaning solution through-out our stay. Kitchen was nice. View was nice. Indoor garage space was nice. Bathrooms were clean, although no heat in either, making for a very chilly experience. WiFi worked well upstairs, though not in the bedrooms downstairs, even with following the instructions to reconnect downstairs. Towels supplied were thin and of the basic motel variety (bring your own). Only one very thin blanket per bed did not keep us warm, even with the heat on. Curtains in the bedroom were cheap and barely covered all the glass - not very private or light filtering. While we understand it's not their issue, major construction going on right outside the bedroom windows/sliders made it impossible to sleep past 7:00am. We should have been given a discount, or at least told in advance. Make sure to ask before you book. We left a day early due to the noise, and how bad the mattresses were in both rooms. Disappointing, for sure. This place looks nice, yet for us, it was not worth the price. We'll look elsewhere next time.

Beautiful Property Well Maintained
This is the perfect Sun Valley property for two couples. The residence is very large, well maintained and quiet. Large windows in every room provide views of Baldy Mt. from the living room and Dollar Mt. from the bedrooms. You are walking distance from downtown Ketcham and a three minute drive from the ski area. The photos of the residence don't do it justice. We take a ski vacation every year and this property is the best yet.
