The resort itself is beautiful and our room was beautiful with a stunning view. The was friendly and everything was always clean. Beware of all of the charges that you will be charged while you were at this resort. They will charge you for a resort fee every day, they will charge you for a parking fee every day, they will charge you for the complementary towels at the pool and the beach, and so on. During our day the pool heater was broken and we were there in December so we could not use the pool because it was like ice water. The beach chairs on the beach were very outdated and uncomfortable. Although there there were some things that were very nice about the resort we would not return.

We stayed here for one night. On our way to Marathon. Property was very well-kept and very clean. We had a nice ambience around the resort with attention to detail. Enjoyed the music by the bar or sitting under the stars. Would highly recommend.

This property is expensive, even in the off season, but showers were leaking, toilets weren't flushing well, tiles were cracked in the shower, there were odors, the elevator was out of order, so you have to walk a long way to the center get on any elevator, all pools had such a yellow disgusting film around them, and not worth getting in... the hot tub is just nasty ,and plenty of things that needed to be clean, cockroaches the size of a childs hand, and just a lot of things that needed upgrading.The Mangrove beach is beautiful and that's our favorite spot, but even the chairs at Coconut Beach side are disgustingly dirty, the pier needs so much work done to it, the property itself is just in need of a renovation.

This place is amazing! They have so many activities, a fabulous pool and lounge area, two quaint beaches(hammock beach is woodsy, secluded and quiet, very romantic; coconut is great for swimming in still clear waters, lots of water activities); they have live music, events each day for young and old, they are kid and dig friendly; staff is so awesome, accommodating, prompt service. Food and selections were great, drinks ere really good. Sunset on the dock was very romantic with free champagne. I can’t find any fault with this place, it is a hidden gem, do not hesitate to go here, you won’t regret it!
