Assigned room was unsafe and noisy in a construction area with overflowing dumpsters, a forklift and work still going across the hall at 5:00. Room was sloppy and bed did not have a bedskirt. Worn room and furniture. Moved to second room after my complaint. First told there was no other option and I could get my money back which was unacceptable since it was only 3:00 and all guests had not checked in yet. They said they could not change room since I booked with a third party, Travelocity. Finally, after we were settled in, they determined that they could move us. Second room in worn condition. The bottom of the bathroom door was rusted for bottom few inches and sliding door lock did not work. Slimy gross stuff was in holes in the stone tabletop on the nightstand. This is a very overpriced room in a worn facility. It did have a nice beach and pool area.

First, I have to say I did my research before staying here and the reviews were very good. That being said this place did not disappoint! It is not the JW Marriott, but if you are looking for something quiet and beautiful and old time Florida then this is it. The staff was exceptional, from front desk, housekeeping, outdoor landscapers and the morning restaurant staff. I received a text every morning making sure everything was of and if I needed anything. Will definitely return!

Wedding Guest Stay
We were in town to attend a wedding. It was a great location and had everything we needed for our two-night stay. The room was larger than I expected and a little table and 2 chairs for dining. That was a great addition; usually there isn’t anyplace to sit expect on the bed. The mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker were appreciated too. The tv was large, which was great for football watching.

When we walked in the hotel, the front desk greeted us with big smile on her face. The breakfast is included with big variety. The room is clean and I loved the beddings.

Pretty bad, wont be staying there again. Property said no rooms but handicap room even though there was plenty of vacancy. Didnt provide room service after asking 3 times first day in. They fed wild cats on property instead of letting shelter literally 3 min down the street so they could get proper food and shelter. Just abysmal, wouldnt recommend

The smell in the room was unbearable. After they sent someone to clean the carpets it was worst. Then when we entered the room there was an inch of water on the floor. We requested to be moved but they put us in a horrible room without a view away from our party of 11. Then we were moved for the third time on the bottom floor closer and the room was better but we had a roach pop out of underneath the refrigerator. I definitely will not return as they have allot of changes to make and renovations from buckets everywhere and leaks. The buffet was good and the staff on the front desk was nice.

The daily text message asking if we needed anything was really nice! Anytime we asked the front desk for anything it was done immediately. The only thing I wish they had was lighted pathways at night. We will definitely stay there again!

The only negative is that I wish there was a shower door, but that's nitpicking. The staff was great and welcoming, even let me check in early upgraded the room. Right on the water, nice bar pool.
