The online pictures made the place look much better. So we decided to have a snack and drinks before heading to our room. If it were not for the 2 eateries on the property, I don't think this would be considered a resort or would be a 3-star hotel. I was disappointed with the condition of the room, but who's on vacation to be in a room anyway? The walls were dingy, and the tub appeared to have been wiped clean, but it was clogged with hair from previous guest(s). When I reported the condition of the room to the front desk the next day, they sent housekeeping within an hour. I could see that the cleaning staff worked hard to keep the common areas in as good a condition as possible. The weather was under 40 degrees outside in the evening, and we had to call maintenance twice to fix the issue. The front desk was rude the second time I called for the heat and never said she was sending anyone; she just hung up on me. Management did not offer any resolution to make our stay more comfortable, offer a discount, change room, or offer to give us an upgrade. The bottom line is that the place is run-down and needs better management and owners who care and will invest in some renovation. I would not stay here again but would love to visit Jaselyn at Sharkey's Sharkbite Grill.

What a steal of a deal. Arrived from BC and booked the day of. Really has it all for the budget travellers. Breakfast on patio in the marina, great nightlife, waterfalls pool plus hot tub plus tiki bar. Quiet street and easy to find. Staff was very friendly.

Cool little motel on a canal with a nice tiki bar super close. Parking is terrible, paper thin walls and the doors slam so loud it's hard to get any sleep if you have neighbors! You get what you pay for at $150/night.

This is a very quaint hotel located just in the right spot, the view of the canal in the back of each room is spectacular! The staff is super friendly and helpful.. The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, cutlery, pots and pans, plates bowls, coffee maker (and free coffee) it was an amazing stay for me and my family!!! We will be back again and again! Very reasonable priced also! LOVED IT!

Rooms are dated and small. Ceiling fan shakes loudly when used, thought it might fall in the middle of the night. Can hear outside noise as if windows and doors were wide open. But for the price it’s great. Clean and comfortable.

I actually stayed here twice in one week. The GM was so lovely and upgraded us during Thanksgiving week. Excellent marina, quick cleaning service and I really enjoyed the in room refrigerator!

This is the fifth or sixth time I’ve stayed here over the last 18 months. We fish and dive in the area, the place is clean, comfortable, my kids love the pool and hot tub. Parking is super easy especially with trailer and boat. Dinning options onsite are great plus plenty within short drive. See you all next time.
