The pictures on the website need to be updated, images are a little nicer than actual room. The room was very small, but clean. The window air conditioner needs to be cleaned or just replaced. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay, about 15 minute walk to the heart of Duval.

Great location
This was just an overnight. Walking distance to everything which was great. Pillows were uncomfortable. Otherwise, it had everything we needed and great location and value for money.

No pool (old hot tub that doesn’t get hot and is in total shade), no bikes, window unit A/C that was either freezing or hot no in between and they bothered my allergies the whole time I was there. Locks on gate and front door were not working. Pictures were very misleading. Would not book again.

Great little hotel!
This is a great little hotel close to the southernmost point, butterfly conservatory and Duval street! It’s small, quiet, and has a little pool and sittting area outside. It was very enjoyable for us with a small child

The location was ok. You can walk to things but the street was undergoing construction so lots of noise. We had BIG cockroaches and a milipede in our room - they can easily enter through the hole in the front door. The shower floor is hard plastic - hurts your feet. The fridge was good. There is garbage around the premises and our patio. The idea of a quaint cottage is cool, just wish it was cleaner.

There were bugs on the bed when we arrived and continued to appear throughout the weekend. The window AC units were older and smelled like mold when running. Best thing about the room is the location.

What can i say? awesome stay in Key West and Island Oasis was the perfect accommodation. We did have a small problem but the Lady in the office on Duval street sorted it very quickly and that was much appreciated. Our room was perfect for our stay with everything we needed and so convenient for Duval street. Parking is at a premium in Key West but we had our own off street parking bay. Thanks to all at Island Oasis see you again soon.

We selected this space because it could accommodate our family of 5 and it fit within our budget. You have to check in at another location on Duval street, but it’s inky about a 2 minute drive. The area was quiet and parking was free and easy on the street. The guest house is super cute on the outside! The property is well maintained on the outside. Our room was cleanish, but the bathroom was in rough shape however it still had charm! The air conditioning was strong and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. This place worked perfectly for us but if you are looking for something more high end and spotless, I recommend somewhere else.

The property would have been very nice if it was cleaner. Our sheets had black pepper like dirt in it and some dead nats. Even after our sheets had been changed by staff we found both of these things in the bed again. The floor was also very dirty. Overall the room was nice I just wish it was cleaner.

Nice Place to Stay Near Amenities
The staff here was great—very friendly and helpful. The property is older, but that was intentional on our part. We felt like it was cared for and maintained well, and the location was fantastic! Parking is tricky around the property, but not impossible, and that’s pretty true of Key West in general. Lots of great restaurants, shops, and beaches within a quick walk! The only note we had was that the pillows felt pretty old, so maybe a refresh there? Otherwise, we’d happily stay again!

Good times even in bad weather, it’s Key West
Stay was nice on a rainy Key West weekend .. the only thing we did not have was an ice maker on the grounds, and the outdoor jacuzzi jets did not work.. but other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable.. Excellent shower :)

Our plans ended up changing and we had to include our dogs on the trip so ended up booking with this location. We were also traveling with my daughter. On Expedia I clicked for the room that showed a separated area between beds. That was not what we ended up with. We had one bedroom with 2 beds and a dining table. It was very tight for 3 of us with 2 Labs. The bathroom was also extremely tiny and my husband who is over 6” compared the shower to a closet. The plunge pool on the property had palm fronds in it and looked like it needed a good cleaning. We booked 3 nights but ended up leaving after the second as a storm was coming and we drove. Unfortunately this property will not refund for leaving early. The one upside of traveling with dogs and staying here is you are a 5 minute walk to the dog beach.

This place is disgusting. Pool was filthy. Room was filthy. $352 for a closet with blood on the blanket, dust everywhere. Do not waste your money. I wish I could submit the pictures I took to this review. Never again.
