Great place to stay. Pool was nice and room was great. Parking was a little getting use to but overall great stay. Very convenient to the airport. The fees are normal to anywhere else. Food was good from restaurant and bar. I would stay again!

Restaurant is very expensive. Property is not within walking distance of anything. You are dependent on shuttle or your own transportation to get to anything. Pool is small. People tend to go down early and "reserve" a spot for themselves.

It had good accommodations for our family of four with more than enough room. It’s was very quiet but needed to drive or in our case rented bikes for one day to get around. The menu options were limited but the food was really good! My son enjoyed the ping pong table.

We had a great stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was older but clean and had great amenities. The ocean is literally across the street, less than a 2 minute walk. The restaurant/bar had great option and everything we had was delicious. We look forward to staying here again

There was poop on the sofa bed Manager was supposed to call me but never did They did change our room in middle of night when we got to room, the sofa bed made the whole room stinky , definitely not worth the money, I would never suggest that or use it again

We were very disappointed in our stay at Margaritaville. The property and rooms were more of a motel level and it did not feel like a resort at all. The pool area was small with no chairs available, the hot tub was not working, and there were very limited staff around the pool. I did ask 2 staff members about the hot tub and they both told me they didn’t know anything about it. Our room smelled very musty, the deadbolt didn’t work and the shampoo holder in the shower was broken. I had to call the front desk to get shower towels at 4pm. They brought them up about 30-60minutes later and told me they would be in for room service soon, but never came. We had much higher expectations for this stay considering the Margaritaville brand and the price. I would not consider this place a resort. I’ve stayed at many and this was not comparable. If there were more amenities, aside from a small pool, the staff at check in did not review them. Over all, we were very disappointed we didn’t book a different resort in Key West at the same price point after seeing them in person.
