The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I have some suggestions that do not relate to the staff. 1. There was just one luggage rack in the room with minmal hooks and nowhere to hang clothes or surfaces to place clothes or other items. Please at least install more hooks on the TV wall. 2. The automatic trash bins don't work. Regular ones would be better and would probably be easier for the cleaning staff. 3. It was pretty bright in the room even with all the shades closed. 4. As a solo female traveller the locks on the door did not make me feel safe enough. While Key West is generally a safe town, this is something females always need to think about. I put the room chair leaning on the door when I went to bed as that provided at least a noise situation should the door be opened from the outside. I didn’t get much sleep during my visit. If I were travelling with someone, I would have probably felt more secure.

It is a beautiful historic property with a lovely secluded pool/hot tub area. Very clean, staff was wonderful. Only thing was our room was very minimalistic. No dresser, no seating area other than the bed. One wooden chair which we used to hold one of our suitcases. Not much space in bathroom for toiletries. But it is Key West, we tended to go go go until we just wanted to sleep.

Such a cute hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants. The rooms are very small but the property ambience makes up for it. Highly recommend upgrading to the room with the porch swing!

The room smelled weird and was more humid then the outside air, even with the ac on dry mode. I checked out two days early. The hotel and expedia refusing to give a refund. I tried to resolve with hotel staff and exedian without success. I use expedia alot and thinking of switching.

We look forward to returning here. Clean property, staff is always available and friendly. 24 hour service at the front desk is so nice - feels secure. Compimentary coffee, cold water and the fun juice de’jour available around the clock. If you are spending a lot of time in your room, upgrade it. We were part of a large group of several rooms and appreciated our porch swing balcony. Try not to be in room 401 (directly beside hot tub and lights stay on ALL NIGHT at the pool). We were the late night swimmers and hot tub group so it didn’t bother us at all - just be mindful :). Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer included in room with microwave and small refrigerator / freezer combo for leftovers or a quick grocery stop down the street. We rented bikes for the entire stay - perfect for a ride to the beach, Hemmingway house and happy hours! Conveniently located within an easy walk to the marina and Cuban Coffee Queen, PePe, Dive Bar, Dantes and more.

The hotel was very close to where the ferry comes in and out of. The hotel staff was amazing, they were so helpful and friendly. It is a few blocks away from Duvall, so it was quiet.
