The property is a descent older property, does need some cleanup and maintenance, but is not terrible. My problem came when i noticed that after i prepaid i was then charged another full night plus some, could get no answers why it was doubled and not if it was a security deposit. The people i have talked to said it sounds wrong.

The pool area is obviously the main attraction, it is a beautiful area and well maintained. There were some biting insects in the area and many of the people had plenty of bites. Maybe it would be good to have some repellent available. My room literally had an extension cord plugged in that went to a light. Staff was very pleasurable to talk to. My only other issue was I was never told of a daily “resort fee & taxes”. My first time to a local resort and I did not know of such a thing. I did enjoy my time but probably won’t return.

The hotel actually surprised me. I didn't think it would be so nice, especially the pool area. The room was very cozy and spacious. The option of having free parking in Key West is definitely a plus. They offer free transportation during the day to the most touristic areas and that is appreciated even if I don't use the service. Of course I would stay at Havana Cabana again every time I return to my favorite town in Florida.

Well we had no Problem with our stay The problem that we had was with hotels.com. We book with you guys 3 times you stayed at a very expensive hotel For the whole week looking at 3 different times 1 time 3 nights and then twice for 2 nights And the hotel was beautiful and wonderful but what you guys did to us was not right it was not cool Appropriate and we felt like you were stealing from us On our application for the entire entire price of the stage that All the taxes and fees were included in the price remote.com Including the resort B. and everything else all we had to do is pay for the room tax and the local tax And we got charged From the hotel each time we left Resort and I don't feel Like that was fair at all I am very disappointed and me and my wife will be leaving hotels.com and finding a new travel agent We deserve a refund We need to be compensated No matter how hotels.com words it We did pay 2 resort fees to 2 different people you guys and the hotel and the hotel verified it And don't understand why you charged us for that But other than that we loved our stay we love to hotel and the bad thing about it was we are poor people who saved for this vacation And this was me and my wife 25th anniversary and we spent over $5,000 while we were here It's just a shame Havana Cabana I would recommend to anybody but not to use hotels.com or expedia Thank you yours truly Brian Keith Roberts Linda Hinkle's husband And Linda Hinkle Roberts
