Great property…everything was excellent…only thing that was not perfect was the check out experience..I had to leave early morning, but nobody was there to take care of my check out process and I was not informed what to do in this case…other than that very nice experience.

Location was fine, place feeling very aged. Patrick the host, was horrible. We were repeat customers (about 4 times) and were treated horribly from the start, with him being very argumentative. Very apparent does not enjoy his job and certainly lost this customer for any future stays.

Pool was nice, room was nice but too much light from outside lighting in my particular room. Convenient spot to get to Duval action - for sleeping it was quiet!!

Charming place with character. Staff very responsive to my injury which made stairs nearly impossible, and changed my room to a ground floor. Only criticism is the lack of free parking.

Review Patrick checked us in and my fiancé asked if there was sparkling champagne in the room because he talked to Lewis when booking. Patrick said I don’t know but here’s some cheap wine and handed us the bottle. not a great first Impression. The bathroom shower was way too small and it dripped constantly getting the floor and the bathmat soaking wet. Shower curtain was way too short and water went on the floor while showering. Bathroom floor was gross and the grout was really dirty, bad lighting and toilet paper very thin . Pillows were lumpy and sheets smelled musty, mattress was fairly comfortable. Blind on window too small with a 3 inch gap on one side. We were told room one is an upgrade. Nope. in our opinion. It is not. Everything in there needs replaced. Breakfast coffee was great, flavored water was a nice touch and the bagels were fresh. The fruit was tasteless and where you get your breakfast was creepy. Overall, we gave it 2 stars. this place is so conveniently located to everything takes advantage of that feature and over charges. We wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay here again.

Enormous aircondition noise, room safety vault broken without possibility of changing it. Very clean place, poor breakfast, room door blind broken with holes. They have to improve the place according their prices
