Very unsafe property. A person knows my room door at around 10:00PM, screaming, yelling saying this is his room. I called the receptionist and explained the situation, then the Receptionist said that the person left, and after our phone conversation the same person come back again. I took the decision to lift the hotel, due to unsafe situation

Staff did not clearly advise the extra charges at the moment of checking in. Also they did not give me the receipt because I booked it thru Expedia and they can see the details. That is a complete lie because when I called later to ask for the details a lady broke it down clearly.

Touring from BC and booked this spot the day of arriving. Upgraded to a beach view and had a great breakfast. Even with our bad dollar conversion, the price was excellent.

We like Ibis very much. Only thing is are blinds were broken in are room 523.Also had a hard time getting yellow towels for pool area as are were picked up in room when cleaned.

The lady that was working the front desk when I checked in at around 7pm wasn’t the friendliest, didn’t even crack a smile. I am glad that wasn’t the normal there - because all the other staff at the resort and restaurant were extremely nice. We loved the room and the view was amazing. We had cooler weather and didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but we definitely plan on coming back during the summer.

Shower and bathroom were super tiny, bedroom tiny but clean. Beach not nice view - too close to highway. We would not risk going in water (signage warns of risk) Staff was very friendly and helpful. shuttle was convenient to Duvall street but it didn't show up for one of the stops. Wished they had shuttle to airport. Pool was clean.

All the rooms are quite close together so it’s a bit noisy because you can hear your neighbours. The parking is a challenging due to parking space.

The staff was very nice and our room was comfortable with a small patio and beach. There were chairs and hammocks for the beach.

Parking lot is difficult to navigate and the complimentary breakfast is skimpy. The staff was nice and the room was plain but very clean. Having a place to sit right outside your room is great especially since its on sand !
