Great property and restaurant. Wonderful staff. Welcoming, down to earth vibe. Location was about a 10 minute Uber ride to the downtown and beach areas. Reasonably priced and will definitely return.

It's a great location. Housekeeping did a great job. The hourly shuttle in to town is very convenient. I was disappointed when we got there, the bar and restaurant were closed for renovations. When we called the resort a week before our arrival to get details, we gave them our dates on property, we were given the hours of the bar and restaurant.

The view was awesome breastfast was at 8 which was inconvenient for us being early risers, we had a blast on the rented scooters thanks 91/2 Dan the man, the rest of the staff was modest , not engaging some of them act like they don’t want to be bothered need more personality I guess, but over all it was an awesome stay!!!

Terrible service property and construction. We were not advised of that so we had to stay. It was a horrible stay service horrible customer service horrible breakfast it was we paid for breakfast and we got a muffin and juice fee and there is no Resort so I am very disappointed with Expidia for posting pictures of a place that’s non-existing.

Liked the retro decor, large swimming pool, area shuttle and a nice breakfast buffet... Needs a little more TLC in insulation around the doors to keep the heat out and A/c in.... Overall, a great hotel and very courteous employees !

I liked the location. It was close enough to attractions and shuttle made it convenient enough. Free breakfast was good the first day then went downhill. Restaurant closed last 2 days without notice and no toasters even available last day. The rooms were adequate and pretty clean. The outside would have been great if it did not have such a terrible odor. Most front desk people OK but one was very poor customer service. We rented a scooter one day which was fun but almost double the price of rentals downtown.

I will have to start by saying this was my worst hotel experience ever. I do not usually leave reviews or write about my trips but I think others need to be aware of this hotel issues. First, the pictures shown on the website and expedia do mot match actual hotel conditions, the rooms are small, not updated, sliding doors are rotted and bathrooms are gross. Second, this is the first hotel were we encountered roaches in the bathroom and we even pay for a sea view room, not a regular room. Third, I contacted expedia to try to get out of the hotel on the first night and just get charged that first night and the hotel refused, even in those conditions!! Not a great hotel experience or conditions, or customer service!! Please be aware when you look at this hotel that the hotel is not renovated, it looks since forever, there conditions are horrible, and in top they will not try to work with you if you have any issues.

Cockroaches in room 1st night. Ants the 2nd. Air-conditioning unit louder than a 747 engine. Breakfast was a yoghurt and a muffin. Only good thing was the free shuttle into town
