Great location, 1/2 block to the middle of the action on Duval. Patrick is awesome! Rooms are very nice and spacious. Late night access to the pool and hot tub is an awesome amenity.

Great old town boutique hotel
It's right off of Duval and in a great location. We had the suite and it had tons of space. The check-in was quick and easy and the grounds are all well maintained, clean and nice. The pool was nice. It was a little cool at night so we really enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated being able to use it any time (no restricted hours). You do have to climb steps to get to the upper floors. This did not bother me. It's a boutique hotel, not a Ritz Carlton, and I liked that. There was a larger mini-fridge, microwave and kitchenette area, a small table and chairs, couch and king size bed. Lots of space. Being adults only was also great. It's a little older but if you're looking for a nice comfortable room close to the action on Duval at a decent price this is a great find.

Nice place for easy access to some of the best Key West has to offer. Overall experience was very good. Really enjoyed the breakfast spread and Starbucks Coffee on demand.

Bathroom/shower starting to look a little tired, edges around floor and shower could use a good cleaning. Shower faucets could use replacing , hard to regulate temperature.

The property was very close to where all the shops, and bars were. The room we stayed in had scratches on the floors and walls, the door locks barely worked, and the deck was gross. However very close to everything, and the pool/hot tub were stunning.

This is our second year staying at the property. We brought our son and his friend and they really enjoyed staying with us as well. The staff is friendly and the place is well kept. We plan on staying there every year when we visit.

The location was very convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. The local rooster was the only downside as he was VERY noisy through much of the night.

Really enjoyed it, I’m new to VRBO properties. I assumed 2 bdrm 1bath was like an apartment, with kitchen and living room. My mistake. Place was great, a little cramped for 3 guys. Breakfast very good, good coffee loved the HH. Nice wine and snacks. Location great. 1 block from Duvall and Willy T’s. Great Trattoria on the corner. All in all fantastic.$30 parking cheapest in town.
