The property was well located and within walking distance to many places. The rooms weren’t clean enough for the price we payed. We had so type of food stains in the covers, dust in the furniture and a weird smell in the room. The extra charge for the resort fee was outrageous and parking is extra on top of the pricey stay. We got were able to enjoy the sister hotel The southernmost Resort and we enjoyed it more, the vibe was better and fun. The hotel staff was very welcoming.

Check out was at 11, and they refused to allow us even one more hour even though it was a Wednesday, of a slow week, and they had many of every single room style showing available for sale. Charged us an extra $309 AFTER check out, that they say was “just for incidentals.” We didn’t park, eat , or drink, anything

The property and staff were great! The location was fantastic and we loved the large balcony! The only thing that we found a bit out of line was $40 per day parking along with a separate $50 per day resort fee. With taxes it was $100 more a day added on.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved the amenities and location. The pool, along with the bar and live music on a Tuesday afternoon were so great! The staff was very communicative, friendly and helpful every step of the way. We'll definitely be back!

Love the Marker
Only here for one night but will definitely return. Reception welcoming and efficient. Room lovely, spacious and nice balcony. Enjoyed breakfast at the Pool bar/restaurant. Great food and service.. Great location on the marina. Enjoyed the pools before moving on in the afternoon.. Looking forward to returning and staying for longer.

Very nice room and the location is perfect. Great having a fun side with music every day and a quiet option to relax and read. Good selection of beverages and really good food at the pool bar if you do not want to rum out for lunch. AC was cold and shower was hot every day too. We were there when they were very busy so an early check in could not happen so plan on 4pm. Will definitely use the Marker as our go to KW place in the future because its an easy walk to everywhere we enjoy hitting.

I did not care for the hidden fees. I was charged almost $100 every night sometimes twice a night. When asked about it the first time I was told I’ll get it back after I check out. At check out I was told that I would not get that back the only think I’ll get back was my $200 deposit I paid during check in.
