Our experience with customer service was outstanding—truly remarkable in every sense. They genuinely prioritize customer happiness, not just in one aspect but in every conceivable way. From check-in to our entire stay and even the checkout process, we felt valued and cared for. We did encounter a minor issue with the restaurant, but Regina went above and beyond to rectify it. Her dedication made a significant difference, and we left feeling completely satisfied. If you're looking for a quaint, laid-back, yet classy atmosphere, this is the perfect place. The Perry is beautiful. The restaurant in the lobby, Matt’s, has a nice outdoor seating area and delicious breakfast. The oyster bar by the pool has wonderful key lime coladas. There is an awesome taco place next door with a nice pool, too! It was a little away from the chaos but close enough that we could join the fun easily.
