Front desk staff were great. There was a metal bar between the balcony and the room. My husband tripped on that metal thing several times. The restaurant gave us someone else's bill. Otherwise, the pool was warm, the marina is so pretty at night and overall is a good hotel.

This hotel hits all the "I'm going to come back" buttons. We were welcomed with a big smile at our check-in. Given a detailed description of the property and all the amenities. The room was spectacular. The view was breathtaking. Shuttle service is provided if you want to get to the town! We will definitely return.

I will start by saying the positives. Hotel was absolutely stunning. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we had a grand time. The staff did a great job at making sure he was taken care of for his celebration and we had a bottle of champagne waiting for us as we arrived.The manager was the best (i wish i got his name i dont remember it unfortunately). The food was phenomenal at both of the restaurants on property. (a little expensive but to be expected on vacation). Every time we returned from town our bed was freshly made and we had no problems with running out of necessities. Now the negative. On day 4 we decided to stay an extra night. The night before we checked out i went to the front desk inquiring about staying an extra night. The guy at the counter then proceeded to tell me he was "unable to book a extra night without a manager" why? Im not sure. He didnt even try to help me at all and ended up telling me to come back in the morning before check out with the manager. So the next morning i go to the front desk to speak to a manager about extending our stay and then am told that they are at max capacity when they were not the night before. I figured since i have spent so much money already that my needs would be accomadated first considering i tried to do it the night before. but instead we had to pack and move hotels completely. So in case anyone likes to go "with the flow" this is not the place for that as you will not come first.

Our experience with customer service was outstanding—truly remarkable in every sense. They genuinely prioritize customer happiness, not just in one aspect but in every conceivable way. From check-in to our entire stay and even the checkout process, we felt valued and cared for. We did encounter a minor issue with the restaurant, but Regina went above and beyond to rectify it. Her dedication made a significant difference, and we left feeling completely satisfied. If you're looking for a quaint, laid-back, yet classy atmosphere, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Not so good, you have charged me $425 when I believe my outstanding fee was $200 for the resort fee. I couldn't heat my room which was freezing. Your bar tender tried charging me full price for drinks when it was happy hour!!
