Our experience with customer service was outstanding—truly remarkable in every sense. They genuinely prioritize customer happiness, not just in one aspect but in every conceivable way. From check-in to our entire stay and even the checkout process, we felt valued and cared for. We did encounter a minor issue with the restaurant, but Regina went above and beyond to rectify it. Her dedication made a significant difference, and we left feeling completely satisfied. If you're looking for a quaint, laid-back, yet classy atmosphere, this is the perfect place. Hotel was decent however, it took like 25 minutes to check in meanwhile there were only 2 guest before us. The front desk offered the other 2 guests champagne but never offer us. Definitely needs some improvement with staff.

Fantastic resort!
My husband and I decided to take a trip over my birthday and we love to stay in the Stock Island area since we love quiet and still like to be able to go down to Old Town for a dinner or a day of shopping etc. The Perry has a wonderful view from the balconies, very clean rooms and public areas, great pools, and two very nice restaurants. The staff were very warm and friendly and we loved our visit and will be back!

The wall was really thin and we can hear every single world the neighbor room is talking. The surrounding area was super loud outside till 2 am, even it was Saturday, but still too loud; not sure where the noisy came out. The restaurant on site was not good tase and pricy and poor service.

The Perry
A really nice place. The hotel shuttle to downtown Key West saved a lot of headaches. Very clean. My only issue was the bed sat a little too low for me
