Our experience with customer service was outstanding—truly remarkable in every sense. They genuinely prioritize customer happiness, not just in one aspect but in every conceivable way. From check-in to our entire stay and even the checkout process, we felt valued and cared for. We did encounter a minor issue with the restaurant, but Regina went above and beyond to rectify it. Her dedication made a significant difference, and we left feeling completely satisfied. If you're looking for a quaint, laid-back, yet classy atmosphere, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

The Perry hotel in Key west was the nicest hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in hands down. From the moment you walk in you can tell how clean the hotel was, it smelled fresh, the lobby was beautiful. We got to our room and the crib for our infant was already up there waiting. We were in a saltwater studio so we had a spacious walk in shower and a beautiful view of the pool, marina, and outside bar from our patio. The room was immaculate, smelled wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the sheets crisp. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every morning turning down our room. The food at the restaurant in the hotel (Matt’s) was delicious. The swordfish Rockefeller was out of this world. A little secret is you have to try the key lime colada from the outdoor bar, it’s to die for. The pool was warm but refreshing and my son loved the ledge in the pool so he could stand and play in the water. Met some really cool people, one couple has been coming to the Perry for 6 straight years and I can’t blame them. The vibe and atmosphere there is great. The concierge ( I can’t remember his name, maybe Johnny) was awesome and got us hooked up with a golf cart so we could travel the keys. It was only a 15 minute drive into downtown key west from the hotel so it was a great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown key west at night but also super quick and easy to get there for all the activities during the day. The marina being right behind the hotel was cool to see the

The staff were incredible. Two options for dining on site. Either high end or pool side with single use plates and cups. Not many vegetarian options on either menu. If they're going for eco friendly adding more veg options and less single use may help. Not sure who planned the sliding barn door for the bathrooms. No privacy. The door randomly slides open and you are not able to lock it. The top portion is open all the time even when the door is closed. TVs, zero options to buy/rent movies or hookup/ cast from your phone. No portal to login for any streaming service. We loved the pool. Staff seemed to come around about every 15 min to ask for orders. Saw friend pickles on menu on Sunday and tried to order them on Monday but sadly found out they're just a Sunday option. I'm happy I stayed here and was happy with my experiences with staff here. I will likely spend my next trip in town to be more in town the whole time. We did not go on any boat or yacht excursions. If we were this may be an option again since it seems some go out from this marina.

The hotel is in great condition, every single area is clean and nit, tranquil and peaceful, the staff is super friendly and the food is amazing, really recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the party but far enough to enjoy a peaceful stay
