This spacious 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed. It features a balcony with beautiful mountain views. Vaulted ceilings throughout. The extra full bathroom is a great added convenience. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a DVD player, a selection of DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. The balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful mountain views and an electric grill. Take in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are two additional chairs that can be added. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a Blu-ray player. There is a built-in bench that offers storage and a place to take in the beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. The condo was perfect for our stay in Keystone. It was super clean and comfortable. We have stayed in many condos thru VRBO, and it’s not always that the unit is so well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had everything you need from dishes to appliances, and all very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and personal hygiene items. The convenience of the garage being just an elevator ride away was super. The view from the balcony is awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cute and cozy but won't be back
The morning after we arrived we realized there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower. I contacted the property management group right away to inform them and was told someone would be out to fix it soon. The next day, when we arrived back for the evening, we could tell someone had been there because lights were left on and some of our personal belongings in the bathroom were disrespectfully thrown to and left on the floor. However, there was still no hot water. I received a text the NEXT day that someone would be coming out that day - by 6pm I had to ask what time because no one had shown up still. Finally, around 8pm on the evening before we were departing someone showed up to fix the shower that we no longer needed. It was very disappointing the way it was handled. Granted we did have a second shower, but when you're paying more for a place with 2 full bathrooms to support three adults, you expect it to work or at least be taken care of with some urgency. Other than that, this unit was clean and the check in process was not hard. The location is good - walking distance to the gondola and bars/restaurants/shops.

Nice Place for a quick and quiet Late Spring Getaway
This condo is located on the top floor with unobstructed views towards the continental divide. Although a very quiet and peaceful setting, this condo is easy walking distance to Keystone’s River Run base area. This large one bedroom was perfect for two and can accommodate four via the Murphy bed in the dining area. This unit is older and shows some wear but overall was a comfy place to stay! The property management company was super responsive and friendly - even during off hours.

Wonderful Ski Condo
My wife and I rented this condo for weekend ski getaway in Keystone, and it did not disappoint. It was exactly as advertised. Cozy, well-appointed and comfortable, within easy walking distance from the gondola and the village. Communication with the rental office was also very easy. Parking was ample and the place was quiet at night. The only downside was that the elevator was very slow and we were on the 5th floor. However, that was a minor inconvenience—we actually prefer to take the stairs! We’ll be back if the place is available for future trips to Keystone.

A bit crowded but everything you would need
This condo was a bit crowded with four people, mainly because there were lots of pieces of furniture that had to be moved around to get the pull-out and murphy bed out. Still, it was a great value in a beautiful setting. Check-in takes a bit to get keys from a different location but is manageable -- be sure to read and download instructions before you arrive.

A great place to stay! There's a beautiful view up the valley and the center of Red Hawk Lodge area. There is some construction going on close by which did not deter from the experience. The accommodations were very nice, my son slept in the trundle bed and loved it! The master bdrm. was very nice comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was more than adequate (we made breakfasts and dinners there). Unfortunately, because of the time of the year some of the village shops/restaurants were closed but there is so much to do it did not matter as this time of year the resort is quiet, but honestly it was what we wanted. Keystone is the hub to so many other resorts we traveled to everyday but came back to Keystone. I would highly recommend the condo and the Keystone area.

Very cute spot. We didn't care for the construction going on and we weren't close to any shops or eating places really. It was odd not having air-conditioning but the fans and windows helped alot. The bed was so comfortable and it was nice have 2 bathrooms. The hot tub was great! Overall a very nice little place.

We loved all aspects of this property. Check-in and check-out were simple, parking is good, we loved the two hot tubs and heated outdoor pool, ski lockers, pool table and foosball in the lobby kept the kids busy, and the condo was great. The only single and relatively minor drawback is that the elevator is remarkably slow. Whenever elevator traffic was heavy we might be waiting for close to 10 minutes. But that wouldn't be enough for us to not stay here again.

We arrived on Friday, Jan 28th and had NO hot water until Sunday, Jan 30th. Communication with the property mgmt between their staff was poor. Unit is run down and had damaged that we reported immediately and was never fixed. Mgmt apologized but still made our stay ok instead of good.
