River Run Condo w/ Private Balcony & Mountain Views, Short Walk to Base Area!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a private patio with partial slope views in the distance. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy sectional. There is a queen-sized sleeper bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the partial slope views in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Nice, but issues.

Overall, property was a nice stay, but kitchen utensils in the unit were minimal- No pizza cutter, no measuring spoons, and the oven door does not fully close. We would have to lean against the oven door each time we baked something. Also the thermostat did not work for the furnace- the furnace continued to heat the unit even though we shut it off. We had to open windows to cool the condo down. Parking garage is very tight- there is no turn around at back, so vehicles have to reverse around a tight corner if no parking spots are available.

Ski week at Keystone

Location is perfect! You can easily walk into the village area and ski base and enjoy mountain views while relaxing in front of the fireplace. The lobby area, hot tub and pool are conveniently close and the steam room is phenomenal. Room for improvements: no dresser/drawers in either bedroom with only a small cluttered closet in each made the bedrooms feel cramped and uncomfortable. The showers drain very slow. The living room sectional couch was comfortable yet a bit unstable on the one end, needs some repairs.

Check in and check out were very doable. Garage ceiling too low to fit by SUV with box on top, had to pay for outdoor overnight parking separately. Need some maintenance overall for detached toilet seats, paint/water damage, loose handles, etc. Fireplace kept the place nice and toasty.

Nice Condo. Amenties not what promised...

The place was nice. I was given a myriad of places to book. We are both physical fitness minded and chose this booking over others because it included a pool and fitness facility. This was false. Both were closed. Even the mini golf course in Dercum Square was closed. Buyer beware.

20th Anniversary Getaway!

It was clean, the decor was exactly as pictured! It was quiet all the time, allowing us to stay up late and sleep in! We kept the windows open and even vehicle sounds were minimal! It was nice to be on the balcony and be shaded by trees! It was nice to be able to walk for 2 minutes and be right at the all the shops. We will absolutely return! It was the perfect location to celebrate our 20th anniversary!

Very nice condo and location

Overall was clean and the space was good--as pictured. Location and parking are good as expected. Only problem was the wifi didn't exist--we ended up logging on to other units which worked but felt a bit wrong (this was actual rec from rental agency so....). That was the only issue.

Ski trip

Walk to gondola was easy with boarding boots but a little far for ski boots. Gear locker is a great idea. Place was nice. Just a few little things need attention like a lamp that was broken, faucet handle broken, and the oven door wouldn’t stay shut. Views are nice, fireplace is good, balcony is cool, beds are nice. I would stay again. Oh yeah place was clean except under the couch, we dropped something and it rolled under, not nice getting it back.

Great Location and Nice Condo

Off-site check-in was not very good. I arrived in a shuttle and did not have a car. I was told I was too early when the shuttle nicely stopped to pick up the key. No offer to help or how to get back. The management office personnel were not helpful at all. My family had to wait around for a couple of hours (no big deal) and I had to take the bus to pick up the key. Once inside, the condo had great beds and was overall very comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the River Run gondola. There were some small issues in the room which I notified the host of - nothing major.

My daughter and two grandsons stayed in Keystone, This place was perfect. We walked to the ski lifts and gondola and took a ride on both. We loved the fact that we had underground parking. My grandsons loved the pool. The condo was wonderful. Plenty of space for the four of us. I would stay there again.
