Stayed four nights in a one-bedroom suite with balcony. The room itself was excellent. I opted for the daily breakfast buffet and it was fantastic. So many choices. There were only two issues: the hotel is currently renovation, so there is a lot of construction noise, mostly during the day, although on at least one occasion I heard noise into the evening until about 11pm. I then closed my bedroom door and basically heard nothing more. The only other issue was there were no luggage racks in my room on which to place your suitcases, so I had to open them on the floor, not ideal. I checked with the front desk and, after checking with housekeeping, I was told the hotel doesn't have any anymore, Other than that, I loved the hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious and conveniently located
The room was spacious and clean, with in-room safe, fridge, TV and a mini kitchen which consisted of a microwave oven, basic crockery and cuttlery, and a sink for washing-up. The hotel itself is conveniently located. It is a short 10 minute walk to the BTS and Metro stations, and shopping malls like Terminal 21.We used the overhead covered walkway which was great on rainy days. The hotel provided a Tuk-Tuk which came every 5-10 minutes. We probably came during an off peak period as there was no queue. In the evenings we preferred to walk back to the hotel which was as quick. We did not have or need a car. We relied on the local Metro and BTS services instead or hotel pickup for our tours. We used a taxi to get to and from the airport which was more convenient. We did not experience any renovation noise as reported by earlier reviews and we were able to use the pool, albeit a small one. It was great for cooling off. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. A suggestion I have for environmental sustainability and eco friendliness is to provide a recycling bin as well as a non recycling bin in each room. Or a bin for recycling plastic bottles only placed in a central area. (I am assuming Thailand has a re-cycling programme, in particular for plastic drink bottles). I would certainly recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel for its spacious family suite and my family definitely love it. The hotel is under renovation so we had to dine, swim and do fitness in different floors but the staff made their best efforts to reduce the impacts which is nice. One thing we love a lot is the tuk-tuk service to & fro the hotel and the BTS station. The ride was so much fun!

We have stayed here many times over the past twenty years. There is never any consideration for loyalty. The staff are wonderful but management sadly lacking. All recreation facilities were under reconstruction, including the pool at Scenery Wing. Buffet breakfast was unavailable due to storm damage in dining room which was expected to be the case until October 12th. We cancelled an upcoming ten day booking as no consideration or compensation was offered. Staff desperate to help guests but management missing in action. No alcohol available in dining room or for sale in mini mart and no reason given.
