Welcome to Makena Surf B305! This unit is all about LOCATION and VIEWS! Makena is located a short five minute drive from all of the restaurants and shops in Wailea but offers the seclusion and privacy from all of the resort traffic! Makena Surf is one of the best kept secrets on South Maui, from it's stunning beauty to world class beaches and snorkeling this resort has it all. This unit is located in the premier building at Makena Surf, it is the only building situated directly in front of Wedding Beach and Secret Beach. Incredible views in every direction including Lanai, West Maui, Kahoolawe, and Molokini. On a clear day you can even see the Big Island and Molokai! During the winter months you can take in seasonal whale watching!

Slide open your pocket doors to create a seamless indoor, outdoor feeling during your stay. The lanai offers al fresco dining for four people, a gas grill and two chaise lounges to enjoy soaking up the sun. When you are ready to cool down, this unit is fully air conditioned! The condo is situated due West which means stunning Maui sunsets all year!

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with superb appliances and extensive equipment, including a state of the art induction cooktop and a large microwave/convection oven. The kitchen is open to a large dining area with seating for six people. The living room features a large comfortable couch with 47 inch LCD TV.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed with large en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request a guest bathroom located just off the bedroom. Both bedrooms are complete with HD TVs.

This stunning property also offers two pools with jacuzzis to choose from, one being directly behind this unit! Don't miss the beautiful herb garden available to guests to have their own "farm to table" dining experiences in the comfort of their condo! This property also offers BBQ areas for outdoor grilling, multiple tennis courts, free on-site parking, a fitness center and 24 hour security.

South Pool Closure:
Starting from June 19th, the South Pool will undergo an extensive maintenance period During this period, the South Pool will be closed to ensure necessary repairs and improvements are made. However, we are pleased to announce that the North Pool will be open for use during this time.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Other things to notePlease note: Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address. Beautiful Makena Surf
The property was beautiful, very quiet and well kept. We stayed in unit B305. Excellent view.Fairly well stocked. Communication with property manager was good. Unit was fairly clean, carpets in bedroom could be cleaned. We would recommend and stay again. Dishwasher doesn’t heat dry, I saw that in a prior review.

Amazing Makena Surf Condo
My family and I had an amazing week at this terrific beach front condo. Everything worked perfectly. Magical views off the lanai - we saw dolphins and whales on the same day. Would highly recommend this condo. Snorkelling right off the beach, can see ++ turtles and fish, even a spotted eagle ray. Worth the money!!

Great view, but could not enjoy or go onto lanai after 3pm as there is no sun umbrellas or shades outside. Air conditioning was spotty. Construction happening next door without notification. Lanai was filthy, feet turned black from being on the deck/lanai. No one answered phone at management office, but would try and text back. Poor service.

Can't beat the Makena Surf!
Second time in 2023 staying at the Makena Surf. Great location on the beach and "Turtle Point" plus close to Wailea and Kihei restaurants and shopping. EV charger was a plus for our Telsa rental car charging. We are planning on a return trim in July!

This is our family's 4th visit to Makena Surf and our first in building B which we loved as its the closest to the beach. As usual, the view and area cannot be beat. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and was super easy to access. No one will regret booking here!

Fabulous
Makena Surf is a fantastic property to stay in West Maui. The beach is perfect for playing, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. There are showers just off the beach for cleaning the sand off. Unit B305 was just as it’s pictured and described online. Perfect for our small family of four. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, all the appliances were in good working order and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. No pantry basics or spices, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Better to know that everything is clean. If we plan another trip to Maui, this is exactly where we would choose to stay again.

This condo has spectacular view of the ocean!. We stayed for 7 days and kids enjoyed the beach everyday. It is kind of a private beach, mostly for makena surf condo rental people. Sunset is gorgeous. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms etc were clean and well maintained.

PERFECT
Makena Surf was great! My 2nd visit here. If you are looking for a west side comfortable and very quiet place to stay right on the beach, that is not crowded, with beautiful landscaping… this is your place. You snorkel right off the beach to see giant sea turtles within about 10 min! This complex feels very private and tucked away, but is still close enough to good restaurants in Wailea and Kihei.

Amazing Location
We loved our stay at Makena Surf. Unit is right on the beach - nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the waves gently crashing on the shore. Beach is away from the main areas and was never crowded. Great location just south of the shops and restaurants of Wailea. Hope to be back soon!

Quiet and peaceful
For part of our honeymoon, this property was perfect. The beach was right there with excellent snorkeling just off the rocks. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Loved our stay and would recommend this property.

Perfect location but needs some updates
This is our second time staying at Makena Surf. We love the location of this property and we loved being in building B. The unit itself was fully stocked and right on the water. It has a gorgeous view! The communication with management was super smooth and we had no issues with check-in. There were a couple issues with cleanliness that would give me pause before staying here again. The master bedroom smelled very damp/musty and could use some inspection. The master bathroom had small ant-like bugs on the vanity and the unit likely needs to be sprayed for bugs. Lastly, the washer needs to be replaced or inspected and deep cleaned! It was moldy on the inside and made all of our clothes smell damp and sour.

Makena Surf is one of the best beaches in Maui
We have stayed at the Makena Surf several times and always love coming back. This particular unit was a great fit for our family of 4, with two bedrooms, a great view, and easy access to the beach. The unit itself could use some updating - the stove needs some repair (a problem if you like to cook) and the kitchen could use new utensils. That said, the unit is very comfortable and functional and the property managers were very helpful.

Great place, great property
In our opinion this was the perfect spot for our family. The grounds are beautiful, the view is incredible, and being able to BBQ on the Lanai is really nice. The beach is just a short walk with freshwater showers available on the walk back. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and being able to have the pool and hot tub right downstairs was a big bonus. There isn’t an elevator, which would have been nice when we were toting our heavy luggage, but it was doable. We loved the location as you’re secluded, but right near Makena beach and good snorkeling. The unit was really clean when we arrived and we loved our stay.

Easy beach access, good snorkeling
This condo is at the quiet end of town - less traffic, less busy than near the larger resorts up the road. The back balcony looks over the beach. Open the large sliding doors and you can hear the crashing waves and see evening sunsets. It is a short walk down the flights of steps and around the end of the building to get to the beach that has soft sand and pleasantly cool-to-lukewarm water. Flippers are provided in a wooden chest on the front balcony (I'm not sure if there are masks or snorkels provided, as we brought our own.) If you swim out around the lava to the south/left end of the beach there is an area of shallow coral where you can see a wide variety of fish and sea turtles. Truly a lovely place to stay!
