The condo is on the second floor of the two story complex, accessible by stairs but not elevator. The unit was remodeled including the kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood bamboo floors in the living room/dining area and bathrooms, Samsung "Smart" 32” flat screens in each bedroom, all with DVD/BluRay players attached and free Netflix; and a new 65" 4k UHD LG Smart TV in the living room.

Note that there is a mandated state of Hawaii room tax of 14.41% +3% (for Covid) added to the daily rate--Hawaii added the additional 3% tax to start effective bookings after November 1, 2021. HI is increasing tax on visitors partly because the HI government shut down the island to visitors, thereby reducing income tax revenues to the state, and now they need to bring in more revenue to make up for that loss.

Note: Every September the swimming pool is closed for 2 days for its annual deep cleaning. If you book during these 2 days, you will receive a 15% discount from the standard rental rate for those days. thx
