NEW Fantastic Pembrokeshire retreat in Carew

Lovely spacious house, gorgeous views and surroundings and amazing walks nearby.

Sunnyside House is a newly refurbished well equipped detached house situated near to Carew Castle. It is the perfect location to access all the amenities of the fabulous Pembrokeshire coastal region, beautiful beaches and fantastic walks, with so many restaurants and bars to choose from in the area. Carew Arms is situated five minutes away and nearby Manor Park (3.2 miles away) and Folly Farm (7 miles away) are located in good proximity, as well as the main attractions of Tenby and Saunders Foot.

The space
Sunnyside maintains it’s cosyness whilst being spacious enough and has 5 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is ground floor (king bed) with a bathroom next to it. Four bedrooms are on the first floor. A king bed bed with en-suite in one bedroom, another king bed room, a room with bunk beds and two single beds in the forth bedroom. There is a recently refurbed large kitchen area with bar space and separate dining room. The house has two lounges. There is a huge lounge downstairs and also a small room ideal for some quiet relaxation, and children’s / second lounge upstairs for quiet play time. There is Wifi throughout the house the drive can accommodate parking for three cars.

spacious rooms, good selection of games. didn't find the recycling boxes and bags but then we didn't have much time at the property dust and cobwebs in a few corners but generally very good

Lots of space in great holiday home. Location is great, only a short drive away from prime locations. Owner communicated really well. We'll be returning next year!

Family weekend away/Visiting Folly Farm

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and modern. It was great to have three separate bathrooms to use when there is a large group of you. My son loved the Trampoline in the garden. Contact with the host was great. They were very helpful and informative. Really recommend this property especially if you want to see near by attractions such as Folly Farm. Only a ten minute drive away.
