We had an excellent stay at the Nairobi Best Western Upper Hill. From our smooth check-in experience (Pauline is FANTASTIC!), to the cleanliness, and comfort of our room, we were very happy with our Best Western stay. The whole staff is kind and very professional. We look forward to returning!

The room and bathroom was very small and there was no air conditioning and the ceiling fan was filthy. The hotel clerk and bellman were very friendly. However, I will probably not stay there again.
