Lovely hotel! The staff was very friendly and held our bags for hours as we roamed around before check in. The room itself was comfortable and quiet. Lots of accommodations the hotel offered as well.

Great location! Amazing staff and hotel.
Hotel was beautiful!! Very updated and beds were comfy!! Really appreciated the fan in room. Had an issue with pur reservation that Hotels.com could not resolve but hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . Thank you Simona!! Will never use hotels.com again but will definitely recommend this hotel

While we had comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a great breakfast, the shower water never reached a temperature above lukewarm. We want to recognize Nina at the front desk for helping us with the laundry service and Ross for excellent customer service beyond his job description.

The only downside to this property was the toilets did not flush and we were moved to another room to try and get better service but it was the same as the first room. The staff was great at trying to accommodate us.

Room not clean. Badly stained carpet. Cheap dated furniture. No fan. No place to park or unload luggage as you check in. Bathroom is utilitarian for accessibility—could live with that if the toilet flushed. No room safe.

This hotel was in a great location to everything we wanted to walk to. The front desk were very friendly and kind. However, the cleanliness was lacking. Upon entering the hotel the front carpet was filthy looking with stains. The halls to the rooms were very run down. Whatever cleaning product they used was so strong it almost gave me a headache. I definitely think this hotel needs to be renovated and was not priced appropriately.

We spent our first two nights in Ireland at Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel after our arrival in Dublin. It was an easy drive from the airport. There is free/validated parking across the street. The hotel was centrally located to everything Kilkenny, and the surrounding area, has to offer. The hotel itself was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast offering offered everything you could want and was delicious. We ate dinner in the restaurant and found the menu selection to be varied and the food to be very good. The entire staff were welcoming, helpful, cheerful, and very willing to offer help which made our stay wonderful.
