This is an older property that is being renovated. Good view of the ocean and close to the water. Good breakfast as far as hotels go. Needs continual updating.

The heating wasn't working in the room. Otherwise no problem. The place is right by the beach and has a beach access. I loved that the beach is kinda right in the backyard.

This was a pleasant surprise. Sometimes the off season lodgings are abuzz with repairs and refurbishments. There may have been some going on here, but I never saw it. Check in was a breeze, although I was taken aback by the fact i did not have to show my credit card to pay for the room (I forgot I had it on file with my account). The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, a small suite actually with three separate rooms and a very nice bathroom. TVs in the living and sleeping areas and a nicely situated cooking area. The bed was very comfortable. All of the amenities I could need were provided, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking lodging at any time of year. Odds are very good I'll be back.

The room and overall stay was good. But according to the pictures when I booked, you could see the ocean from your window. I couldn't see past the very high dunes. There was a pet fee that was not discussed when booking also.
