Room was very clean. We went in the off-season, we were on the first floor with a small patio looking at the dune. The pavilion to sit and look at the water was very well done. We were put in a room that had a shared door, if you're not staying with the people next to you, it gets very loud and feels like they're standing in your room. At one point they got turned around because they tried to open the door a few times.

Our room was right on the beach front, rolling waves breaking (ar a safe distance). There is a ramp to avoid the stairs when you are transporting luggage. Plenty of restaraunts and retail locally.

Requested beachfront, was behind a dune. Lights flickered entire stay. Floor was ripped worn and sticky. Breakfast was good, a convenient location. Would not stay there again. Don't know what the large building was like.
