Welcome to Oceans 24 by KEES Vacations!

Nestled in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this 24-bedroom oceanfront home on the Outer Banks is an absolute showstopper! Equipped with 20 King En Suites, four custom-built bunk suites, and 25 bathrooms, there is enough room in this home to comfortably sleep 60 people.

The artfully designed interior and top-notch amenities in this OBX rental are incredible! The private, oceanfront heated pool is complemented by a covered tiki bar, an oceanfront sundeck and two, eight-person hot tubs. The first level hosts a 16-seat theater room, a Foosball table, and a 9-foot indoor Shuffleboard. Two billiards tables, a poker table, a ping pong table, arcade games, and two wet bars are thoughtfully positioned within the home to allow for multiple groups to spread out and enjoy the amenities.

Ocean views from this vacation home are gorgeous and the dune-top deck is perfect for watching the tides change.

Large enough to hold an event, this house features a butler pantry ideal for catering services, accordion doors that open to the fourth level ocean-facing deck, and a fenced-in yard perfect for entertainment purposes. No need to leave behind your furry vacationers, as Oceans 24 is also pet-friendly!

Offering the KEES FlexStay program, you are able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!

With so much to do at the home, the surrounding area also lends much to do outside, too! Positioned well-within driving distance to local and national attractions, day trips to surrounding islands, both fine and laid-back cuisine as well as shopping, reserving Oceans 24 is akin to having a private resort at your very own fingertips!

This property has 24 parking spots for guests.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**Oceans 24 is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Please contact KEES for details and arrangements for your special event reservation. Fees vary by property. Please contact Guest Services for more information.**

Fifth Year Family Vacation
Our family just finished our fifth annual vacation and our first time staying at this incredible VRBO property, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! With 24 spacious bedrooms and 22 bathrooms, it comfortably fit our large group, giving everyone both privacy and plenty of common space for family time. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with stunning views and direct access, making it so easy to enjoy every part of our stay. We had a blast and are already planning to return next year. Highly recommend for any large gathering!

Kill Devil Hills House
The house was great for our group and had many rooms and great common areas with lots of games and entertainment including a theater. The master bedrooms and kids' rooms were perfect. The gas stove was great in the kitchen and there were lots of refrigerators and a commercial ice maker (someone had removed the drawers from a couple of the refrigerators which we found in the pantry). None of the soap/shampoo dispensers in the showers worked. When we checked in, the windows facing the ocean were dirty with sand and spray--we cleaned them ourselves. The check-in information had the wrong wifi network and password, but there were sheets with the correct wifi information. One of the child-proof gates to the pool was broken and they did not fix it until Thursday even though we had several young children. There were two gas grills with full propane tanks. They were a little worn but worked fine after we cleaned them. We would go there again.

Upon arrival there were giant bags of clean and dirty laundry on the floor, not all rooms were cleaned, after having housekeeping back out and their assurance that rooms were clean, 3 guests had sand in their beds, and we had 3 occurances of bugs that looked like cockroaches! In addition we paid extra to have to pool opened, but the pool area was filthy. We spent the first evening cleaning. Disappointed to say the least.

Pros: - house well exceeded expectations beyond the rental description - plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, one or more on every floor - well laid out house, plenty of room to gather all together yet enough smaller areas to break out into smaller groups, the house could just swallow up our family groups for smaller gatherings - great pool and beach access - daily beach canopy and chair service was wonderful - well furnished - well appointed including games and pool table ping pong supplies - well thought out instructions for the TVs and entertainment appliances - very responsive property management Cons: - house should have been cleaner (but understandable w current staffing shortages in the area) - specialty maintain/repairs (ice maker, arcade game, outside TV) weren’t executed 10 out of 10, will repeat!

We rented Oceans 24 and took our family of 35 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was perfect. We had lots of room to spread out and the main kitchen/living area was very spacious. There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses and cookware. The house is close to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful time.

Checked in for a family vacation for 4 days. Numerous things didn’t work . Kitchen appliances were terrible, not equipped for large party. Maintenance came to clean our pool , and told us they would be able to check it., and give ok to use, never returned. Elevator broke, and maintenance didn’t come to fix. We had handicapped individuals in our party that had to be carried down the stairs along with w/c. Several calls made, with no return calls.

This proper was amazing! Lots of room and amenities. We had a group of 17 and had a great time....great pool, easy beach access, 2 hot tubs, plenty of refrigerator space. Only issue was cleanliness with the outdoor space - the tables were still dirty and the pool had dead bugs in it. Easy fixes for sure and did not take away from the stay at all.

Wonderful family weekend getaway
This home was perfect for our family getaway! Everything was as listed and the outdoor area was a great space for our family and our fur babies to enjoy. The flexibility with the dates of our stay made it very convenient to accommodate everyone's schedules. The home is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you may need, but the views of the ocean and the beach make you want to stay in! Would definitely recommend this home to all families, large and small!

Perfect for our corporate retreat
This was a great venue for a team outing. 24 team members were able to use the common area for meetings, presenting on the TV. Free time was spent using the amenities, vs. team members disappearing into their hotel rooms or a large resort. Perfect for building relationships and an overall team vibe. Dinners were catered in, and daily housekeeping helped us with trash removal, etc. It's also conveniently located next to the Wright Brothers National Park, which made for a great 90 minute break for the team. All in all, this was perfect and we may do this exact same trip again next year. The team loved it! Amy

Beautiful property but needs some work and deep cleaning. I reached out to the property manager prior to our visit with concerns from a review i read saying the grills were dirty and the sound system wouldn’t work, and was assured that neither were an actual problem, but the grills were honestly so gross and we had several tech-savy people try to hook up to the speakers with no luck. One of the dishwashers was full of dirty dishes and mold upon arrival. Underneath the beds were dusty and had items left from previous guests (socks, toys). several of our guests complained of no hot water in their room, and that their room got very hot at night. Other than that, the trip was great and beautiful weather. Comfortably fit our group of 50 with plenty of seating and space to play games.
