This hotel is falling apart. The balcony door would not latch closed. The lamp fixtures were rusting. The nightstand had major water damage and was literally breaking apart. The bathroom was filthy. The outside of the hotel smelled like marijuana in all the walkways. The security lights on the building strobed at night. This hotel needs some serious maintenance done. Don't let the pictures fool you. They put new floors down, new comforters and new curtains. Thats all.

NEEDS WORK
Hotel is in need of many updates and repairs. Lighting in hallways were not working. Room smelled musty. Check in was done at a kiosk no live person at front desk.

The oceanfront view and beach access was very nice and convenient. The actual room was not clean overall and needed some cleaning along with repairs/upgrades. The bedding was clean and smelled fresh! The staff was very nice and friendly but the hotel can use some cosmetic repairs.

very disappointed!
first off our supposed ocean view was a large sand dune. the room had what looked like coffee was spilled on the wall. in places the door did not close properly and it had to be locked when inside. the whole place was in need of a lot of work. very old and dirty looking.

Think Twice Before Staying Here
The stay was not very pleasant. The room was dirty and had ants. The woman at the front desk didnt seem to care one bit. No one from housekeeping ever came in and did anything. The door to the bathroom was broke and you could not close it. The light switches in the room were all broke and would not move up or down. The breakfast consisted of frozen breakfast sandwich you had to heat up. Was not enough parking for all the hotel guests.

Quick Vacay
This was a short get away for me and some friends. The oceanfront location was perfect. Plenty of parking space. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel itself is just a little dated. Check in and out at the virtual kiosk was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is just over a dune from the ocean on a quiet stretch so amazing location. However, the pictures are a crazy glow-up as the fixtures were rusty, the plumbing leaky, the bed broken/sagging, and the desk broken. Despite not dealing with a person for check-in or checkout and not asking for a towel refresh, the property still billed me $10 at checkout with no receipt or warning.

Worse Place Ever Stayed
The lobby had dirty windows, coffee 24 hrs, not true. Free breakfast horrible. Main problem was that the room had so many broken and missing items. Such bad repair. I can’t believe a hotel in such bad repair would carry a name like “Quality Inn”, what a joke. We left a day early because couldn’t take it!!

Quality Inn Carolina Oceanfront is a very dirty, filthy and uncomfortable place. When I came in early in the morning and checked in the front desk told me I didn't have a reservation and I told him my reservation was through Expedia. The person then told me my reservation was canceled and I told him we were tired and had driven 5 hours and we really needed a rest and he said I can't do anything for you my reservation was canceled and my kids and I left. After calling Expedia, the reservation was confirmed by Expedia and I returned to the hotel 12 hours later. The employee gave me the room key and when I got in the elevator, the elevator was very dirty and filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in years. When I got to the door room and tried to open the door to the room, I saw a guy with his family and his wife told me this was our room and I read the room number and made sure it matched the room number on the key and the two numbers matched. I went back to inquiries and spoke to them and they told me that the person gave you a key for the wrong room number and gave me another key and went up to the room and when we entered the room I found that the room was dirty and filthy as if it had not been cleaned in months.I got up and took out my phone and took a video everywhere, everywhere in the room, bathroom and a shower area everything, even the fridge, the microwave, the floor, everything,everything there was dirty and filthy, I called the Expedia team and left the room immediately

We ended up leaving the first night of our 2 night stay. Room was extremly poor. Bathroom door didnt shut, said full/queen beds. Extremly small. Outlets bowed, mold in bathroom. Only positive....right on beach.
