Checked in online and picked up the key upon arrival. We were supposed to have an ocean view room, but they must have upgraded it because we were in the center with a spectacular oceanfront view. They have upgraded the hot tub since the last time we've been there, and the pool was warm and comfortable to walk into. Not too warm, but only took a moment to adjust. The staff are professional and friendly. The morning coffee is good and I am looking forward to our next visit!

The hotel was older and so the pipes made noises at night that kept me and my husband awake. The door to the bathroom was a barn door so if you were in the bathroom you couldn't open the door to come inside the room because the handle stuck out. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean though. The beds were comfortable too.

I don't like the fact that pet owners pay $35 extra per night and get crappy rooms overlooking the parking lot! It's like we're second class citizens for owning pets!

Unhappy long time customer...
All the staff was friendly & wonderful. We have stayed here once our twice a year for over 30 years. Very dissapointed in the bathroom, room 414. Toilet was loose in the floor, seat was stained w blue cleaner & chipped. Tub was all scratched up & old, but the shower worked well. The bathroom barn door was covered in mold & mildew from top to bottom on both sides. We purchased lysol wipes & my husband cleaned it all because i have asthma. The desk chair was old & ripped/worn, did not use. Beds were fine & rest of room clean. Breakfast was nice, staff was very kind. Again, the front staff was wonderful, housekeeping very friendly, but the maintenance of our room was bad. Many family vacations & great memories here, but this stay isn't one of them.
