Cobblestone Inn Good But Hotel Reservation Co. ??
Enjoyed our stay at the COBBLESTONE INN. The rooms were clear and the housekeepers were attentive, pleasant and quick to clean and make up the room. Clean! The help at the man desk ran from lack of understanding as to their role while others were efficient. Breakfast was ok but eggs were dry and cold -- need a better warming unit. Overall the stay was Good.
Some issues with the Hotel representative - changed room stay and never received a written confirmation. Actually had no room available which was reserved months in advance. Had to cancel last nite due to an apptmt. at last minute but first nite cancelled instead - luckily we also called direct to inn in Killdeer to be sure reservations were correct and corrected the issue. Left medicine in fridge in room by accident and that was difficult to sort out and correct - had to call several times and ended up using a friend who stayed there to assist us and return the diabetic pen needle - incoherent clerk at desk.
Hotel Reservation Company quoted us one rate per nite and motel charged us $10 more per night. Asked for a confirmation per e-mail for room and rate and received neither.
