This hotel has seen better days! We have stayed here in the past and it in no way reached our expectations. While the staff are helpful, the hotel has just gone downhill. The website says, "Newly Remodeled". This is a complete lie. There is no bar anymore and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. The pool was a lime green and neither sauna was working. The room was acceptable, but the carpet was frayed very badly at the door. The TV was also about 25 years old so no doing anything with it except watching the minimal channels available. There are also zero USB outlets for anything. Finally, we had a kitchenette but there was nothing to go with it. A few plates, pots, and pans but no utensils, cleaning items to wash dishes, or anything that should go with a kitchenette. If someone in management reads this, I recommend that you start doing quality checks of the rooms after being cleaned. All these things can be easily fixed. Please fix them or I'm afraid this will have been our last stay here.

The hotel was nice, but there is no restaurant or bar as advertised. The room was clean but one of the beds were not properly made and was really lumpy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool and fitness center was great. I recommend this property.

Would’ve been better if the restaurant was open.
They were supposed to have a restaurant come to find out the restaurant has been closed down for renovation. They have a breakfast area, but no breakfast not even coffee. I tried to talk to the lady at the front desk in the morning about where I could get coffee and she wouldn’t even come to the desk. She just sat back in the office. The bed was very firm, but I do have to say the hotel was very clean and no weird smells. I just wish they would’ve had something in the morning at least coffee. I did have a coffee pot in my room, but there was no coffee and no creamer. Just a couple packets of sugar and sweetener.
