"The room was clean but out-dated. We didn’t care so much because we were just staying overnight on our road trip down to Florida. But there was definitely a musty smell in the bathroom. The shower worked nice and I really liked that there was full sized Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion in the bathroom. The area is really nice with a lot of shopping and restaurants. Very convenient to 77 so you can pick up and get off quickly for your trip. The front desk staff was very friendly. The only thing that seems crazy to me is there is a mandatory 75.00 pet fee. Not a deposit like most places, just a fee you don’t get back even if your pet doesn’t damage anything. I get it, but a little pricey for a hotel that is already a little overpriced for what it is. Overall, I would recommend."

"I've stayed at this condo on Lake Norman multiple times, and it is consistently fantastic! The views of the lake are breathtaking, and the condo itself is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—convenient to great restaurants, Birkdale Village, and all the surrounding areas. I always have an amazing experience here and will definitely be returning again. Highly recommend! "
