The property was recently renovated so modern and fresh. Bed and room was excellent although the door to our room was not fitted correctly so hard to close. The breakfast was mostly cold but good selection and snacks available 24/7. The swedish sauna was very excellent although a plunge pool would make it even better. Lovely lounges. Stairs only (no elevator) to second floor rooms. Nicest accommodation in Kimberley. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice and very close to shops, restaurants and hiking spots. We really loved the sauna and the complimentary snacks and drinks. The only things that could be improved is the hotels communication, we emailed them and they never replied. Phoning from abroad is too expensive. Also the breakfast could be improved. The croissants and bagels were a bit stale and cheap.

The Sauna was amazing! Comfy bed, awesome breakfast and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. She went above and beyond! Definitely HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Much attention has been given to the 'details' such as signature soap, 24hr access to tea, coffee, treats, water. Also, access to a fridge and a great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Superb little hotel. SO glad I found it. I would change nothing! Terrific little library are with log fire and leather sofas. Excellent breakfast. Super friendly staff. Walking distance to town center.
