"We had the best time celebrating a birthday with our family and friends. We picked this home because of the downstairs and all of the games like a pool table, arcade, theater room, etc. All of the big kids stayed downstairs - there are 4 bedrooms downstairs, one room with 4 double bunk beds. All of the adults were able to stay on the main floor and loft area. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. And there are 2 refrigerators on 2 different floors as well as washer and dryers which was convenient to help wash pool towels. If you plan to go to Branson, the home is about 30 mins away to get to most areas. We ordered pizzas from Pizza by the Chef the first night and it was excellent. The pizza place and grocery store are less than 5 mins from the home. We planned ahead and brought some food with us as Kimberling City does not have a lot of food options, but driving to Branson was an easy drive and lots of dining options. We would definitely stay here again, maybe during the summer so we could enjoy the lazy river and outdoor pools! "

"We had such a wonderful time staying at this place. We had kids from 11 months to 14 years old and adults from 30-75. There was plenty of room for us all whether you wanted to be together or take a moment to yourself. I would recommend this home to anyone. The kiddos loved the pool and lazy river. We booked from Friday-Monday and didn't leave the house as it provided enough entertainment for us all.Thanks again for allowing us to stay.Mary B"

"Everything about it was wonderful! Beautiful place, well-appointed and everything needed to have a great visit with my siblings and their spouses. Private bedrooms and bathrooms made it so comfortable for each family member. Highly recommend!"

"This spacious house offers an array of games to play. We loved the 3 different "Living room" areas, which allowed our group of 21 to spread out when wanting to do different activities. The eating area was perfect with an oversized table and long counter tops with barstools. We thoroughly enjoyed their extra large private jacuzzi and upper deck with ample seating and gorgeous views. The neighborhood playground is directly outside the home; we could watch our kids from the balcony. The kitchens could use a few items (extra cookie sheets and some medium sized pots and skillets). Besides this minor negative we had everything we could want or need at this house! "
