Don't expect much
Stayed here a couple weekends ago and was disappointed. Says it can sleep 10+ but nothing else is accounted for 10 people. There were 6 outdoor chairs, not enough utensils, plates and cookware. When we arrived the heat was turned on. The whole house was a sauna and this was during a heat wave. The attic air gets filtered throughout the house so it never cooled down when the heat was turned off. Not worth what we paid for.
